something he was quick to offer advice. When we decided on our menu, he was very professional and worked with us on pricing. I felt his price was fair for everything he offered. Furthermore, his staff was very attentive, courteous and professional. They went above and beyond and even helped us with the setup at our venue. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the professionalism, or lack there of, from Scott himself. As the wedding approached, it was difficult to get in contact with him regarding some last minute details. Some emails/calls went unanswered. When we were able to talk to him the Sunday before we established a timeline with him that he agreed to. However, that night when it came to cutting the cake. He attempted to rush the cake cutting. The information we received about the cake cutting contradicted itself. Prior to the wedding, he stated he would have a knife to cut the cake himself. However, during the wedding after dinner, he packed his things early including this knife. When it came time to cut the cake, he asked if we had a knife to cut it. Due to the prior information given we did not. For which, he expressed annoyance and blame unto us before proceeding to retrieve his knife. Furthermore, he did a less than adequate job cutting the cake, essentially butchering it into small messy chunks. While the food was delicious and his staff was wonderful, Scott himself was difficult to work with. I give him three stars because I generally think he did an "ok" job. I just wish he had a better attitude.
