In our case, we told him a very vague play set (reggaton music with American thrown in) and he played hit after hit all night!
I had a song change request for me and my wife at our grand entracnce which actually started halfway through the song! I told him this the day before the wedding at 1am over an email.
He received it and handled it perfectly!
The timing was great and all I heard through the night was how good the songs were!
For any parties I have in the future I would only use him!

We had multiple phone calls with Jermaine throughout the year, and he was incredibly helpful in collaborating on the wedding day that my wife and I were envisioning. He worked with us on suggestions for ensuring we had a lively party and our guests had music they could dance to for the entire night. We felt that Jermaine was truly listening to the tone and mood we wanted for the wedding and was able to make it happen.
Leading up to the wedding, he worked with us on the types of music we wanted for the ceremony, even mixing a custom blend of two songs for our first dance. We had multiple compliments on the music that was played before the ceremony and during the cocktail hour, before the reception itself.
I will also mention – as a surprise to me, my wife had gotten a fog machine for the dance floor. Jermaine worked with her before the event and the reception to get it hooked up, so that she could unveil it to me while Jermaine operated it.
My wife and I had wanted an engaged dance party – and that’s what Jermaine provided. After the ceremony, Jermaine did a great job of keeping the flow of the evening continually moving, reading the crowd and the mood of the room. Our guests had a great time, and we loved every moment of the dancing and the songs being played.
