ver a year prior to my wedding. After she was paid in full, she backed out of my wedding via text message and tossed it to her employee. The red flags started prior to that. About two months before my wedding, my mom passed unexpectedly. I didn’t know if I could do a wedding without her or my dad present now (both in heaven together). When I texted Dee that my mom passed, she asked “Next steps as far as between us?” and asked if I got her email regarding the timeline. I had to tell her my mom passed a second time for her to acknowledge and give me time to process. Once I was able to go back to planning, I had to gather the courage to cross my mom’s name out from those walking me down the aisle. Dee missed it in the edits, and I had to do it for a second time. I stressed to her to PLEASE not miss this again. She responded saying, “Will definitely do that. I didn't realize/notice you had crossed it out before. Glad you mentioned it this is what the editing session is for. I got it 👍🥰” When she sent the timeline to the vendors, she still spelt my last name incorrect. I pointed this out to her and she told me, “Oh man guess we both missed that all those times over the edits.” I had to remind her that I made that edit on our very first draft to which she responded saying it was an honest mistake. Once the timeline went out to vendors, my photographer sent me an email concerning it. Dee’s selling point is she takes the role of direct communication with vendors. I forwarded her the email and asked her to please clarify this. She responded saying, “Not sure what you want me to clear up.” She sent me emails from one of my vendors so that I could clear it up for her. Honestly, not sure what my money went towards her doing. If you can hire Bridgett without Dee, DO IT! I wish ever dollar when straight to Bridgett rather than someone who failed to do the one job she was paid in full for. In my opinion, Dee was embarrassed to show up after her lack of professionalism during the last couple of months leading up to my wedding. She sure knows how to sell but trust me when I say it’s a scam. Thankfully I got my team who pulled through AMAZINGLY. After Dee got her money in full, she acted like it was a favor to me that I still go services through her business. Contact Bridgett directly if you can, SHE ROCKED!

oman here at this place is clearly out of her mind and extremely nasty!! I was next to my fiancée when she came across a dress online which she really loved and wanted to know more about the dress for my mother stating in her comment and I quote “ If the bride sees this comment I would love to know where your mother got the dress? The dress on the MOB is wearing in the video not her wedding dress on bride “. The reply from this lady stated outrageous things she never even said said or mentioned which made both of us feel like we were in a twilight zone ??!!! Her comment were these exact words which I copied : “Its NOT white. It's a very cute blush but with filtering and lighting it looks lighter. And if the bride was ok with sharing spotlight it's on them and not it's too decide how any one should feel about it” Ummm. It’s not white ??? My fiancée never said anything about a color or negative about the brides dress ??? We felt like we’re going insane we were so blown away by the response that she only continued to escalate while my fiancé tried to tell her she was just simply asking about a dress ?? Clearly you’re unprofessional and a child who likes to play the victim role while starting drama and attacking brides online who just asked about a dress nicely ! This delusional, unprofessional opportunist then still continued to attack my fiancée after she tried to explain she never said anything about a color of dress or even remotely meant or said anything negative toward the bride? She was clearly asking about the MOB dress because she loved it for my mother!!!??? This lady was so hell bent on attacking my fiancée she even had the AUDACITY to make video on instagram calling out my fiancée stating “If your a hater I’m gonna defend my clients” . Blah blah blah … Oh wow good for you for being the bigger honorable person!! (That was sarcasm by way). I don’t ever wright reviews but if it’s one thing I cannot stand is someone #1 get nasty & unprofessional with my fiancée when she was only being nice asking about a dress. Only to get attacked by this delusional opportunist who enjoys looking for drama for no reason at all & makeup lies and false accusations that somehow your now playing the victim role and call out my Fiancée claiming she was criticizing the dress of the bride and that she deleted comments ?????! Sorry, I sat right next to her the entire time she made these comments. Do your self a favor and STAY AWAY from this place!!! Never have my fiancée and I get so confused and shocked how she was treated by this person who is clearly unprofessional and enjoys playing the victim role by attacking someone who is asking about a dress and could of been potential client get treated so unfairly and rude . This lady needs to get out of her delusional land and off her high horse she is so rude and full of it!. You’re only hurting yourself and your business by acting that way !!

on the biggest day of my life.

cause I'm leaving for Carmel for my wedding and don't want to worry about anything after I leave. She was going to coordinate with my vendors for timeline. That's all I hired her for timeline and setting up tables/decor. The day of the wedding she did help rearrange my florals because I hated the florals and she was great. She did do a good job setting up the ceremony site (decor) for 40 people. But minor things like we were waiting for the shuttle and she didn't think to move us to the shade and kept us in the sun. I was working with a upscale venue and vendors and Dee's communication was poor. The venue wedding planner asked to talk to me about Dee the day after the wedding and expressed frustrations with her and her professionalism. Dee also left the wedding early and didn't clean up so my wedding venue staff had to clean up and I was then charged for that. Dee asked me if she could go and said she arranged things with the venue coordinator so I said sure but come to find out nothing was figured out with the venue staff and the venue staff got left to clean up. I referred Dee to two other brides who did hire her. After our wedding Dee was beyond rude and unprofessional when I shared the feedback from the venue to her. She also posted our photos all over her Instagram and website and felt like she was trying to take credit for planning it all when all she did was coordinate timeline and help set up decor. She then did a friend of mines wedding who happens to be a sister of a NFL Quarterback. Dee posted so many pictures and highlighted the quarterback versus the bride. The bride specifically said before hiring her please keep my brother out of this and let this be about the bride and groom. Dee posted pictures and refused to take them down. I contacted Dee because of the lack of professionalism and Dee was so rude and then blocked me and my whole family on Instagram and other social media platforms. I paid her and referred her two more clients and that's how Dee treated me. Horrible. I asked Dee to give me a call because if she had the audacity to block me and my family then I wanted all my pictures of my wedding taken off her website but of course she never called me. When I would ask a valid question she would tell me to calm down and she will get to it and then would post on Instagram to calm down and carry on. Directed 10000% at me. She's cheap and her professionalism is worth her price. I wouldn't recommend Dee or her team to anyone ever again.

most importantly, took care of me. I did absolutely nothing on my wedding day & anything that came up, Dee took care of it before it even got to me. I can’t say enough about her services & booking her as our coordinator was the best decision we made. Dee set up rentals & decor that we had, as well as putting them away & counting them all to make sure we had everything. If you need a day of coordinator, Dee & her team is definitely the way to go. I can’t express enough how satisfied my husband & I are & definitely recommend her! I promise you won’t regret it! Seriously, BEST. DAY. EVER!!!

besides the planner not apologizing for what had happened, she instead went further on by stating she was not responsible for his actions. If the person is your staff and you bring them to the event, Yes you are responsible. Any piece of advice is make sure you have someone in your wedding party be accountable as a backup to make sure the day flows smooth, as you will not get your wedding day back.

not deliver on more than half of them. They did not set up everything they were supposed to, did not problem solve, and were seen sitting down for most of the event. The worst part was they tried to re-negotiate important parts of the contract minutes before I was supposed to walk down the isle. I was so frustrated I cried, and nearly ruined my make-up (bridal make-up is expensive, plus we did not have time to fix it). Afterward, I tried to email Dee, the owner, to reconcile these issues, however my letter continues to be ignored. I sincerely regret my decision to hire these women.
