Bonny ensured all our needs were met, and every time we changed the menu she was patient and accommodating. Bonnie helped us with all the vendors, and I chose the best DJ ever at her recommendation. The wedding day was absolutely perfect. Bonnie made the wedding party, and guests, feel so special! If we needed anything at all, Bonny was there making it all come together! She helped me with every detail down to the seating, number of tables for the reception room, colors to choose for the table cloths, etc. I brought many items in for set-up the day before, the wedding. Bonnie took the items and placed them absolutely perfectly in the venue, just as we wanted. What an amazing decorator she is too! Bonnie ensured the timing of the ceremony, to the guests making their way to the ballroom for dinner, to the grand finale of sparklers was timed exactly as needed, to ensure the DJ, and photographers were at the right spot at the right time. At the end of the night, all the items we brought and flowers from the wedding were sent up to my hotel room. Thank you Bonny for making that easy. Bonny made the entire day so wonderfully easy, that I am still talking about it, a month later! I highly recommend her for your wedding! No matter how small or large your wedding is, she is the person you need to make your day, the best day ever!

y had most of my vendors picked out when I reached out to Bonny. She helped me finish off my search and coordinate everything for the day of. We had a great rehearsal and Bonny made sure everyone knew what to do and when. Going into it I didn’t think we needed to practice walking in a line but honestly it was 100% necessary. And it helped us prep for any mishaps (like what to do when the flower girl doesn’t follow instructions- which she did not! Haha) Day of, I felt so stress free becuase I knew everything was being handled. I did DIY decor and the groomsmen dropped everything off at the venue and Bonny and Bryan handled set up. They had a schedule that was sent out to coordinate with vendors and for the wedding party so we all knew where to be and when. The ceremony was amazing and the reception was so much fun. They coordinated break down as well at the end of the night and made sure everything I brought was loaded in the right trailer! The price may seem like a turn off at first but it is 1000% worth it. I highly recommend Bonny and Bryan. I told my husband that if he hadn’t walked down the aisle I would have just married them 😂

From the day Bonny introduced herself to us through email and at our tasting, to the stressful and emotional postponement plans, to the moment we said our goodbyes to her before our send-off, she was 100% available, communicative, and supportive of our wedding needs. I trusted Bonny whole-heartedly with every aspect of our day, which would normally be a difficult task for a “Type A” personality like myself. She ran our rehearsal like a pro (an aspect to the wedding weekend I had not given much thought to) and calmly solved a wardrobe malfunction mid-reception. I even remember several times saying to my parents as they brought up questions about the big day, “Don’t worry-Bonny will make it look beautiful!”-and she did! Every detail we discussed in planning was visible on our day. Bonny is extremely professional and was really the glue that held our whole day together. Her personality and wedding coordination experience made us feel completely relaxed with her “at the helm”, and her work ethic behind the scenes made our day completely seamless. “Perfect” is how both we and our guests keep describing our wedding day-and Bonny was absolutely an integrap part in that. tricky times as well as the usual wedding details. Everything came out as good or better than I had envisioned! She was so on top of things for the rehearsal my officiant said he’d never met a better coordinator. I don’t know what we would have done without her on the day of. I was able to just enjoy the wedding day while Bonny set everything up and if anyone had questions they knew she was the person to ask. At the end we just walked out and continued to visit with our guests while they packed everything up for us. I can’t tell you what peace of mind we had knowing everything was in good hands. andemic and rescheduling like a champ. Forthcoming, open and honest, she worked with me to make my Wedding something truly spectacular. All I wanted was for my Guests to leave at the end of the night and say "My God, that was a good time". Bonnie helped me make that happen SO INCREDIBLY WELL. She was injured the day before our wedding and showed up in a CAST to make sure things went off without a hitch. She is seriously incredible!!! Being from NY and Italian, she knew that Food was super important to us, and the food was amazing. Seriously amazing. Bonnie helped us seamlessly organize and amazing Cocktail Hour and Dinner. The room looked amazing. Everything happened as planned. The highest compliment I can give is that I absolutely felt that I didn't need a planner, and now I wouldn't dream of planning any kind of event without one. That was a Thursday and by Tuesday (literally the Tuesday before Thanksgiving) we were on our way to Winter Park to meet Bonny and Amanda at Casa Feliz to get details together for moving our wedding. Bonny and her team secured us a venue, tent, florist, caterer, hair/make-up team, DJ and bakery all with a week!! She not only did that, but she also worked with the Church and our photographer and videographer who came down from Kentucky to capture our day. All of this to put our dream wedding together in 17 DAYS!! Yes, 17 DAYS! We got married 12/12/20 and her team made that dream come true. Amanda and Brianna day of were nothing short of amazing! My husband and I were kept on-time throughout the day. They made sure we got appetizers and had our full dinner. Amanda even hemmed my brother’s tux that was dragging literally within an hour before the ceremony. They made sure our guests and family were happy and that any issues were handled without me being bothered. Everything was taken care of and even the few hiccups were nothing when looking back at the fact we were able to still have our wedding on our original date with our guests and in the most magical setting!! It was a day we will never forget. I would hire Bonny and P.S. I Love You Productions a hundred times again!! Professional and they pulled off a miracle I didn’t think could happen! been to. Everything was magical. We had an outdoor ceremony and the day was cloudy and rainy the whole day. One of the things that sold us on the venue was the big oak tree that we would be able to get married under. I was a little bummed that that might not happen. I arrived to the venue and asked Bonny if it would still happen and she said she had been closely monitoring the weather and it was going to stop raining. I even explained my concerns about the tree dripping water from the rain and the humidity (I have naturally curly hair). Bonny told me they would take care of everything. Seriously it was perfect outside. It was not humid, it stopped raining and we had the most perfect breeze throughout the whole ceremony. Anytime I needed something or forgot something Bonny would disappear and reappear with it in her hands. Me and my husband even joked about how we thought Bonny had a side job as a magician lol. Seriously Bonny thank you soooo much for making our day so perfect.

But we really fell head over heels for Bonny, Michelle, and the rest of the Highland team both before, during, and after our ceremony. They were beyond professional, supportive, flexible, creative, and talented in what they do. My wife and I truly cannot say enough about our Highland Manor journey. From the very start of our journey to find our perfect wedding location, we were welcomed to Highland and given the grand tour, detailing how the day might be organized, and the numerous options to customize exactly what we wanted, including the Dubsdread catering menu, and a personal butler on the day of our wedding. But what sealed the deal for us was knowing we would be able to work with a coordinator during the process. Someone to take pressure off us during our day?! Sign us up! After the initial consultation, we were contacted by the person who would become our wedding coordinator and overall Jane-of-all-trades, Bonny Bailey. This is where the real magic began. Each step of the way, Bonny made sure that we felt comfortable, answered our questions in a timely and positive way, and even gave us suggestions to how to shift several ideas to make them even better. Not to mention, she did this with a smile, a joke, and a delightful positivity that was a breath of fresh air each time my fiancée and I connected with her. One of the best parts of this experience was choosing our menu, which was an absolute delight! Several months before the wedding, we were invited to take part in a group tasting, that would provide all the guests with several choices from the appetizer, mains, sides, and late-night choices so that guests could narrow down their top picks. Bonny even prepared a special vegetarian dish specifically for us so that we had a wider range to choose from and not feel left out during the tasting. These are the details that make Bonny and her team so incredible at what they do. On the day of our wedding, it was a dream come true, and in true Highland fashion, each detail was exquisitely attended to, especially with the help of our personal butler, who knew right when we needed a glass of champagne to ease our nerves. Bonny was there with an efficiency that could only be attributed to being in 20 places at the same time. She was connecting with us during each moment of the evening, making sure the only thing we required of us was to focus on how beautiful our day was, how much we loved each other, and the amazing guests who shared our day. Oh, and did I mention Bonny also made sure that we were each handed our favorite cocktails after and during the ceremony, right down to hand stuffed, blue cheese olives? When the night was over, she made sure all our things were safely packed, our cake was distributed, and sent us off with a smile and some champagne to toast to our perfect night. I sincerely hope that anyone who is looking for the perfect venue, with the most incredibly talented, professional, and positively driven individuals chooses The Highland Manor. The great things about Bonny is that once you have found all of your vendors and hired them for the day of, she will take over from there to coordinate their arrivals and set up times. Bonny took charge and gave us several options, we decided to open up cocktail hour early for our guests while our vendors moved everything inside and the Highland Manor staff transformed the ballroom into our new ceremony space. Guests are still telling me how they were amazed at how beautiful our ceremony was even though it was our Plan B!! I also want to highlight how amazing our head butler, Gian, was. He also went above and beyond to make our day special. We 100% recommend Highland Manor not only for the beautiful property but for the amazing staff!!
