Beginning in 2007 Q Look has been committed to serving the formal needs of the Central Massachusetts area and beyond. A knowledgeable staff guides you through a wide selection of designer Bridal gowns, mothers' dresses, evening gowns, prom dresses, and Quinceanera. Our in-house seamstresses will work with you from very the first day you try on the dress and are here to ensure a perfect fit. Like the dress but want it to be TOTALLY yours? Custom changes are a specialty! We offer sizes up to 32. We also offer all the finishing touches for all members of the wedding party (flower girls, ring bearers, veils, jewelry, etc.) Appointments are encouraged so that we may help you in your quest to find your perfect dress so you can feel like a queen on your special day!

Beautiful gowns at good prices. Love the staff & the collection of Allure Bridal and Adriana Papel dresses. Loved this dress, definitely coming back!

I was looking for a dress to wear to my god son's wedding and wandered in with no appointment. I was greeted immediately and guided to dresses that would fit my event. I chose a lace dress that was altered perfectly. The shop itself is HUGE, with an incredible selection . The staff was warm and friendly, I would note that immediately after I walked in it got very busy and would recommend an appointment.

Today I went into Q Look, totally not expecting to find my dress. I was mostly hoping to browse and figure out my style. My appointment was with Catherine, and she is hands down SUCH a sweetheart and so helpful. She made recommendations (and stunning ones at that.) Even picked out the veil I'll be wearing for my big day! She was so patient and pleasant the entire time and made me feel really amazingly comfortable. The selection that Q Look had to offer was all just absolutely gorgeous, even the dresses that weren't for me, I still found to be breath taking(not to mention the prices were incredibly reasonable!!!) I ended up finding my dream dress and veil and I'm so stinking excited to flaunt what I got for my big day! 10/10 recommend!

The staff was very helpful when I was looking for my Mother of the Groom dress. When I ordered it they originally told me the dress would be in in about 3 weeks. Then when I went back a few days later to order extra material they said the dress would not arrive until 4-5 weeks before the wedding. They never kept me informed as to the status of the arrival of my dress, I had to keep calling them and were told that the dress would be in in a few days. The dress never came in until 3 days before the wedding, without the extra material I ordered. I had to go elsewhere to purchase another dress as I was unable to get alterations done in time. The dress cost $250 so I am out that money plus the cost of another dress. I would not recommend this bridal shop as I have heard this has happened to others.

The staff and owner at Q-Look Bridal were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They helped me pick a beautiful mother of the brides dress that made me feel enchanting for my daughter’s wedding.

I was very disappointed by my experience here. I arrived and the consultant didn’t even realize she has an appointment, but confirmed I was booked. Then after being in the shop for about 15 minutes she finally came over and handed me books to pick my dresses from. She never introduced herself, asked for a wedding date, styles I’m looking for, or any of the other general questions you go over when shopping for a dress. After I picked a few out of the book she leaves for a while, comes back and tells me they don’t have anything I’m looking for. I told her I’d be open to looking at other similar styles or anything she thought may be worth a try. She then leaves and later comes back with two dresses, and disappears again to take a phone call for which she’s away for another 15 minutes. At this point my appointment is 45 minutes in and I don’t even have a fitting room, and probably said all of 10 words to my consultant. I had another appointment in an hour, so I ended up leaving 50 minutes into my appointment without even seeing the inside of a fitting room. I was absolutely shocked at the complete lack of help, customer service or even general courtesy. Mind you, the shop was empty, and there was at least one other person working there who also basically ignored me even when I tried to get her attention. In no way would I ever spend any money at this store, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced anywhere, let alone a bridal salon where you plan to spend a lot of money and make an incredibly important decision for your wedding. The reviews I read on Google were poor but I figured since most were about prom and formal dress shopping that maybe it’d be different for bridal, lesson learned to heed those reviews. Absolutely abysmal experience and I would recommend not to even waste your time here.

child. She wished to have been able to help you, but did not arrive until it was too late. Due to this issue, the individual that was left to help you is fairly new and works with primarily prom. She has already been spoken to by both myself and the owner. I would like to thank you for considering us, however, and I wished your experience would have been much better. We wish you good luck on your search for the perfect dress. If you do decide to return, I would love to work alongside you and give you a special offer on your dress or bridesmaids. I do apologize and wish you the best. We are truly sorry for the experience you had in our store. Thank you for the review, also, because it helps us strengthen our flaws.

We went to a few bridal stores and we found this one so we decided to take a look and we are so glad we did! Catherine the young lady who helped us was WONDERFUL! She took a lot of time helping my daughter pick out the perfect dress and the prices and selections were amazing. They had so many to choose from and Catherine helped my daughter put on every dress for as long as it took, she was pleasant and answered EVERY question we had. We will be choosing our bridesmaids gowns and my mother of the bride dress as well. Thank you Catherine and thank you Q Bridal for an awesome experience.

Tammy Nguyen

Owner

The Owner and Creative Director of Q-Look [Q for Queen] is a busy mom of three. She came to Worcester after a number of years working in fashion in NYC. With a keen sense of style, she launched Q_Look in 2007 and moved into its present home in 2016. Besides housing a large retail area, the building is able to host events for 80 to 220 for which Tammy frequently creates imaginative decor. A talented seamstress she has been known to help redesign a dress turning it into a total original.
