The selection that Q Look had to offer was all just absolutely gorgeous, even the dresses that weren't for me, I still found to be breath taking(not to mention the prices were incredibly reasonable!!!) I ended up finding my dream dress and veil and I'm so stinking excited to flaunt what I got for my big day! 10/10 recommend!

They never kept me informed as to the status of the arrival of my dress, I had to keep calling them and were told that the dress would be in in a few days. The dress never came in until 3 days before the wedding, without the extra material I ordered. I had to go elsewhere to purchase another dress as I was unable to get alterations done in time. The dress cost $250 so I am out that money plus the cost of another dress. I would not recommend this bridal shop as I have heard this has happened to others.

ick my dresses from. She never introduced herself, asked for a wedding date, styles I’m looking for, or any of the other general questions you go over when shopping for a dress. After I picked a few out of the book she leaves for a while, comes back and tells me they don’t have anything I’m looking for. I told her I’d be open to looking at other similar styles or anything she thought may be worth a try. She then leaves and later comes back with two dresses, and disappears again to take a phone call for which she’s away for another 15 minutes. At this point my appointment is 45 minutes in and I don’t even have a fitting room, and probably said all of 10 words to my consultant. I had another appointment in an hour, so I ended up leaving 50 minutes into my appointment without even seeing the inside of a fitting room. I was absolutely shocked at the complete lack of help, customer service or even general courtesy. Mind you, the shop was empty, and there was at least one other person working there who also basically ignored me even when I tried to get her attention. In no way would I ever spend any money at this store, the customer service was some of the worst I’ve experienced anywhere, let alone a bridal salon where you plan to spend a lot of money and make an incredibly important decision for your wedding. The reviews I read on Google were poor but I figured since most were about prom and formal dress shopping that maybe it’d be different for bridal, lesson learned to heed those reviews. Absolutely abysmal experience and I would recommend not to even waste your time here.

prices and selections were amazing. They had so many to choose from and Catherine helped my daughter put on every dress for as long as it took, she was pleasant and answered EVERY question we had. We will be choosing our bridesmaids gowns and my mother of the bride dress as well. Thank you Catherine and thank you Q Bridal for an awesome experience.
