I thought that I found someone to that had rescued one of my diasters from the colors that I picked out. My bridal party ordered there dresses in July and the dresses were to return September 18, 2010. I called the store on September 18 to see ...if the dresses were in and the owner stated that they had not return. I wanted a week and called again and the dresses were still not there. At this moment I was getting worried because my wedding was a week away. The checked on the order and had no sympathy and stated that they would be in 3 days before the wedding. I panicked due to not knowig if needed alterations and she still did not compensate. I then asked her to give me the names of the dresses she ordered and she continously gaveme 5 names when 6 were ordered. She read over the order and come to find out she never ordered my maid of honors dress. She never apologized but did try and find a dress that was similar which we could not find. We found 2 but had to have some major alterations done and they did not want to compensate for anything. We then received our money and luckily found her a dress at David's Bridal. Later in the week the dresses arrived. Out of five 2 of the dresses fitted and my junior bridesmaid's dress was the wrong dress but same color. At this point we just had to make it work. We asked for compensation and the owner did not budge and wanted the rest of her down payment and was gonna charge for alterations. I contacted my aunt and she was able to reconstruct the dress and make room and everything was made perfect. I will never recommomend this company and they are absolutely the worse company to deal with.
