She met with us weekly for the month leading up to our wedding, attended a walkthrough at the venue, ran our rehearsal, and was absolutely essential in keeping everything running on-time and perfectly on the day of. She was also extremely helpful in reading our vendor contracts and reminding us about things like payments, tips, etc. She communicated with all of our vendors, made sure setup and decoration went according to plan, and handled the timeline with aplomb. Her no-nonsense, businesslike attitude was appreciated, especially for couples that need a strong, organized hand in managing a wedding. Her rate is extremely reasonable, and was the single best investment we made in our wedding budget. I highly recommend her for anyone getting married in Colorado!

e in good hands. She made sure to be in contact with our florist and baker the day of the wedding so we did not have to have any concerns on if they were ready to go. Our venue had a rather late entrance for the couple but Rachael was there as early as allowed to make sure other vendors were set up and prepared. She keeps you in the loop on everything as much as you would like to be and she made sure everything that needed to come home with us at the end of the night was packed up and delivered. Our officiant missed the wedding with less than 24 hours notice due to travel issues and Rachael helped to organize everything short notice and made sure our replacement officiant was prepared. Rachael is stellar and will ensure your wedding day runs smoothly.

get go she was so on top of everything. Rachael took the time to learn about our cultures, how we wanted to blend them, and was so respectful the whole time. She has great recommendations and is a warrior when it comes to fighting for you (unfortunately something that has to be done with some vendors, as we found out!). She is organized, communicates constantly and didn’t just hear what we wanted from our day, but made it happen. I adore her and can’t recommend her enough!

the ceremony at Cheesman. Here’s what we appreciated most about her work: - Organized/met deadlines. She was extremely organized and her Google spreadsheet skills are incredible. She was on top of managing the tasks and all the (many!) moving parts. She even composed a detailed email to the guests about logistics the week of the wedding, and multiple guests commented how useful that was. I forwarded my Google Doc to another friend who is getting married and she literally said "This is how it should be done." - Main point of contact for vendor communication. This was a big deal for us. Both my husband and I work intense jobs and not having to respond to vendors questions made the time prior to the wedding much less stressful. She met with my husband and I every other week and took the load off of the vendor management. She figured out what vendors needed and communicated with them ahead of time, and would just give me the high level synopsis/action items. - Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation. She found shuttles to move our guests for a reasonable price, as well as a makeup artist that I absolutely loved (The Look in Cherry Creek). She also found a videographer 2 weeks out from the wedding, no small feat. - Day of - Wrangled “stuff” so we got everything home. Rachael put all our stuff in my mom’s car the night of the wedding so we didn’t have to worry about chasing down pictures or our guest book. - Managed vendors and problems. We had two out of three Task rabbits cancel (note: do not use Task Rabbit for your wedding!) which meant that I had to send a guest to help set up chairs at the ceremony. Rachael pitched in despite all the other moving parts to get the chairs/signs set up in time for the wedding. She also chased down the random woman having her quinceañera‎ in front of Cheesman Pavillion so I could walk down the aisle. Her pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work that she does. Another reviewer said “run, don’t walk” to book her, and I couldn’t agree more with that sentiment. She made planning the wedding much less stressful, and I’m so happy we booked her!

My stress level went down 100%. She drove out of town to meet us in Ouray the day before the wedding to meet at the venue and start putting our plans into reality. Super professional, easy to talk to, friendly and kept us moving in a forward progression even with our entire families & kids were running around. Day of, she arrived while we were out getting eloped and had everything set up PERFECTLY when we arrived back. She handled the vendors, the set up, the prep work and coordinated everything during the reception and kept us on a good (but flexible) schedule. I can honestly say our day would have been the most chaotic without her there and I am so glad we had her by our sides! She took away all the stress so we could focus on each other and our guests. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks again, Rachael!!

ould do it ourselves... I was SO wrong. Had we not gone with Rachael, we would've had a completely different wedding. Rachael planned our wedding with such passion, detail and personalized it to fit our specific needs. Her timeline was executed perfectly on the day of... and when there was a slight change in the weather and we needed a backup plan **just in case.... she was on it with plan B and plan C. We are SO GRATEFUL for the work that she did and most importantly, for making our day so special. Would STRONGLY recommend Rachael Marie Wedding to anyone whose looking for the best wedding planner in the game!!! THANK YOU!!!

I tend to be a control freak but I realized after working with her for a few weeks that I would have no problem allowing her to take over on my wedding day and I am so happy I did. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day, and she continued to be available to make sure everything went well after the wedding too.
