When I was planning my wedding, one of the most important things to me was choosing a photographer that could capture the joy and emotion of the day as well as the beauty of our venue. I looked through dozens of portfolios and over and over again I kept coming back to Rachel's photographs. When we met in person for our engagement session I knew right away that we had made the right choice. Rachel is sweet, funny, professional, and courteous, but the thing that meant the most to me was her positive attitude and determination to give us a good experience and beautiful photos despite some pretty awful weather conditions. Unfortunately for us, both our engagement shoot and wedding weather was crazy - wind, rain, chilly temps: you name it, we had it! We flew across the country for both the engagement session and our wedding, and had very limited time frames that did not allow for rescheduling. She forged ahead with our sessions with gusto, capturing both the drama and intensity of the weather and the vast beauty of our venue (Cave B Inn, Quincy, WA). She was flexible and creative and helped us make the best of each experience. She single-handedly provided us with hundreds of quality images that would have exceeded all expectations even under perfect conditions with multiple photographers. I have been told by so many of my friends and coworkers that Rachel's photos are the best wedding pictures they have ever seen and they are blown away by their quality, beautiful lighting and arrangement, and genuine feeling. I could not have been happier with any part of the process - I am so grateful that we found Rachel and trusted her with our engagement and wedding photos. They are priceless memories we will have for years to come and they bring me true joy every time I look at them!
