assure you that is not an exaggeration. Not only was the music spectacular, but their ability to interact with the wedding party kept everyone up dancing all night long! I have been attending weddings and other events for many years, and Raising Cain is without a doubt the best band I have ever heard. All of our friends agreed with me and stated that they couldn't believe the calibre of the music and the interaction with the crowd! Do not hesitate to hire this band. You won't be disappointed!

We also absolutely loved the Bohemian Rhapsody ending, and the dance contest! What wonderful surprises!!! wn were the highlight of the wedding! Everyone danced the whole time and their setlist was perfectly in line with our requested songs and genres. They put so much effort into making your night exactly as you want it! All the singers were incredible, and were dancing in and out of the crowd all night getting everyone pumped! and my husband and went over any things we wanted which I thought was so awesome, the whole band was very personable. They are all so talented and know how to keep the party going! There was never a time where our dance floor was empty. Their manager Mike came to our venue walk through and was very attentive to every email I sent and request I made and they learned part of our first dance song which helped make our night that much more special. We are still receiving compliments from our friends and family about just how rocking these guys were! Highly recommend them for your wedding they will make sure you have an epic dance party!

loved our acoustic ceremony music! During the reception, Raising Cain was great at helping with the flow of the evening. They played softer music during dinner so as not to interfere with visiting. After dinner service , They cranked up the music and played music that was fun for all of our guests! We heard from everyone from kids to 30 year olds to our older guests that they "loved the band and felt like they played music that was fun to dance to". It's hard to accommodate all the different tastes at a wedding, but we felt like Raising Cain did a great job of making sure all of our guests had a great time. If you go with Raising Cain, you will not regret it!

We had Raising Cain play during our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner service, which was so, so beautiful! But we were absolutely blown away when the party really got going after dinner. Our dance floor was packed the entire night - no one wanted to miss a single song, thanks largely in part to RC and their amazing ability to read a room. They even came out on the dance floor to sing with the guests, which was SO much fun! When they announced it was the last song at the end of the night, no one wanted it to be over! Raising Cain helped make one of our most favorite days unforgettable for us and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Our guests (both young and old) have been raving about how great they were and one even commented "best reception ever". We were really pleased with the set list they put together based on the genres we liked. They did such a great job of mixing up the newer tunes with some of our 90s favorites as well as classics. Raising Cain was very organized during the planning leading up to our wedding and we were really impressed with how much time they spent confirming details and talking with us about the music and schedule for our reception. On the day of the wedding, we didn't worry about setup, timing, etc. because we knew they were prepared. Their role as an MC for the reception helped things go smoothly and the dinner music added such a nice ambiance leading up to dancing. They knew how to keep the dance party going until the very last song. We couldn't have imagined a more fun reception. We were so happy to see how many of our guests were dancing and enjoying the band as much as we did!

better. I honestly think you would be challenged to find a better band. Most of our guests made very positive comments about them at the end of the night and most were on the dance floor all evening. Raising Cain took control of the energy and it flowed all evening. The manager of the band, Mike Marsh made it very easy planning for the evening. Trust me you want this band.

l. Before the wedding, Mike and I chatted almost monthly to help iron out every little detail. From beautiful classical string music, to rock and roll, to country, they cover it ALL. Aside from the music, it was so reliving to know that they took care of the toasts, first dance, and directing our crowd as to what was happening during each hour of the evening. Future brides, I'm telling ya, just save yourself the headache of searching through multiple websites-- they are THE BEST!

g. We could hear the music and feel the level of energy coming from the venue, and knew we wanted to hire them. Mike, the band manager, is the point person for all communications. He is great to work with, and responds to every phone call or email promptly. He helps communicate the needs of the engaged couple to the band. The planning process is easy as Mike sends you a document to complete regarding timing, music preferences, etc. The entire band is friendly, courteous, and ready for YOU to have the time of your life. Members of the band are musically trained, so they actually know what they are doing. We hired Raising Cain for our cocktail hour and reception. We heard from our parents that the music was exactly what we had asked for and well done - jazzy piano (ex. Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, etc.) Now, let me talk about our reception.... WOW, did we have a blast at our wedding! Raising Cain provided our guests with the absolute best entertainment. The music was unbelievable, and appropriate for all age groups in attendance. Every time we speak to one of our wedding guests, they compliment the band. Here's a sampling of comments from our guests: "That band was the best band I have ever heard at a wedding;" "They didn't stop playing all night!" and "You know you are at a good wedding when the old people are all on the dance floor." One engaged couple at our wedding tried to hire them on the spot for their wedding! Raising Cain learned one additional song for our reception. We requested that they play, "Wake Me Up." It was truly a great hit with the guests as people were jumping up and down in circles. The band helped make our reception incredible. I cannot speak more highly of Raising Cain. I want to get married again so I can hire them again!

After checking out their site and talking to Mike, we booked them (we finally had a chance to see them live several months before the wedding.) Mike and team were very helpful in organizing. They sent me a questionnaire that we filled in which helped not only with music selections but also with our overall planning of the wedding. On our special day, the music was perfect. Everyone had a lot of fun and the reception was lively. There was a lot of dancing which was even more impressive as we had an afternoon event. I would highly recommend Raising Cain for a wedding or other event. We also had them play for our ceremony, and again, this added a truly special touch to our day.

They did exactly what they promised, leaned the recorded version of it so we knew exactly what we were stepping into. On top of that, the fact that Raising Cain provides a classical group for the ceremony is fantastic! They did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We also had a piano set up outside during our cocktail hour. What a great idea that was! Not too much music, but just enough for everyone to feel relaxed at our amazing event. The only piece that bothered me a little were the breaks. We understand they need to take them, but at times it just kind of let the party dwindle down a little. Overall, we are very happy with our choice!

found them on the Internet last year and worked with them over the course of about nine months. Mike Marsh, their leader, was very helpful and super easy to work with. He worked with us on music choices, planning, and timeline for our wedding. On the actual day, these musicians were great. The ceremony was perfect. Then they totally rocked the house at the reception. We got so many compliments from our friends about the band. It was exactly what we wanted - all of our best friends in the world out on the dance floor, having a great time. Thank you so much to Mike and all of the members of Raising Cain. You guys were awesome!! You made our big day something we'll remember with big smiles forever. I would recommend this wedding band to anyone getting married in Colorado.
