Based out of Hillsboro, OR, ReCoop is a catering company that serves weddings and parties. Jordan and Cody comprise the husband-and-wife duo behind this business. Whether you're looking for their signature soul food or another dish entirely, this pair and their team will strive to make your dreams come true. Jordan is a Portland native and graduated from Clackamas High School in 2016. Jordan's dad ran a food cart back in 2013. Jordan and her husband Cody have brought back her dad's recipes and food cart as ReCoop, hoping to serve incredible memories along with meals. They've then stepped back from the cart to offer catering services full time. ReCoop offers catering delivery, setup, and cleanup for your wedding meal. This team can provide you and your guests with buffets, chef stations, family-style platters, seated meals, and passed appetizers. Along with soul, these caterers have experience with culinary styles such as classic American, barbecue, African, Cajun, Fusion, Italian, Latin American, Mexican, Midwestern, and seafood.

They absolutely do more than just soul food (even though that sounds delicious). We had a whole Mediterranean inspired spread and it was fantastic. She went above and beyond what we thought we'd receive from a caterer with her clear communication and flexibility. Above all, she cares and puts her whole heart into what she does. It's the difference in investing in a small business with people who are still passionate and committed to their craft that made all the difference. I grew up in Portland, OR and graduated from Clackamas HS. I am married, have awesome fur babies and a food cart called ReCoop. I have a passion for service of all kinds, including food! Things don't always go perfectly, and adaptation is a must in this field. I pride myself on always making it happen in the end, and with a huge smile:)
