They are paid by the resorts and vacation companies. It was also great because they took care of everything. If we had a problem on our trip, which we didn't, we could call them and they would fix it. Our agent was always there to anser the million questions we had as first time travelers to Mexico. Our trip was everything we could imagine and more.
