d we all found her to be such a calming and beautiful person to be around on my wedding day (especially with last minute wedding craziness!!). My hair dresser actually said that she was so thankful to be able to work with Renee as they worked seamlessly with one another. I felt beautiful and yet comfortable with my wedding make-up, which was one of the things my husband was worried about- he wanted me to look like myself and he said he had never seen me more beautiful than our wedding day :) I would (and have!) recommend Renee to anyone who needs a wonderful make-up artist!

I knew that I'd be booking with her. After booking services for myself, bridesmaids, my mother and the grooms mother, Renee had a virtual video consultation with me going over how I wanted to look for the day. I was so very apprehensive about having hair and makeup professionally done for my wedding. All that worry was put to ease after my hair and makeup trial. My artist, Joi, arrived at my home to complete my trial. I requested one (very) minor tweak during my follow-up on the trial services, and that information was relayed to Joi . Both artists arrived on-site at my wedding venue early and I really appreciated the fact that everyone's hair and makeup was completed AHEAD of the provided schedule, which allowed for a stress-free wedding morning and day. All of my bridesmaids that received services looked fantastic and I also thought I looked spectacular during my wedding day. I had to leave a review because everything about working with Renee Locher Makeup and Hair ran so smoothly, from booking to when services were performed. Thank you for helping make my day a success!

LLED to find Renee! She really listens to what a bride wants in order to pair her with the right artists, and in our prep call she asked me all sorts of questions I never would have thought of to make sure the products used would be a good fit for me and would hold up throughout the day. She was incredibly communicative and kind throughout the whole lead up time and checked in with me after too! So glad I found her and her team and highly recommend!

for wedding/hair on the big day, Renee had a plan in place and really thought everything through. Not only that, but she is great at helping bring your hair/makeup vision come to life! Unfortunately, the artist who was set to do my hair/makeup and my maid of honors hair/makeup had an urgent situation the morning of the wedding, which happens (even in the times we wish it didn't!!), and was going to have to be a little late. Renee answered my call bright and early on my wedding day and I knew after talking with her that she would get it figured out quickly. Renee was able to send a second stylist last minute with the main stylist and everything turned out so beautiful!!! I truly could not recommend Renee and her stylist more!

e scheduling for the trials was super smooth and the artists take any feedback and make sure you are happy with your hair/makeup. Then, day of, the artists were promptly on time (or early) and did even better than at the trials. I was super happy with the results and this was probably the easiest of all the vendors I hired. Shoutout to Leslie and Rachael!

I thought they were very professional and pleasant to work with both during the trial and on the wedding day. We were very pleased! do too much. Honestly, no notes. I don't have single thing from HMU that I wasn't pleased with. There were some minor issues with other vendors, but HMU was on point the whole time. I really appreciated not having to stress about it. The ease of everything was super helpful to me. Everyone loved Rachael, Jonee, and Hannah! They were all so pleasant and easy to work with. No one in our parties felt rushed or pressured. Their skills were top notch and they had great recommendations about what would work and look best for each person. I personally have never looked better. If I ever need HMU services again, I will absolutely book your company! My mom (who has never had her makeup done before) was so excited and Jonee really made her feel like she was the most important person. We were so, so impressed with all of them.

Somehow it looked effortlessly done and stayed perfectly in place without appearing overdone or feeling uncomfortable. She's also a fantastic human and you'll enjoy chatting with her at your hair and makeup trial as well on the day of your wedding. Seriously, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience.

Of course I wanted to "look 20 years younger" and while miracles of that magnitude don't happen, she made me natural and beautiful for my daughter's special day. n't get over how perfect everything turned out! I also really enjoyed working with Renee. She is extremely organized and I felt so confident that she was going to make everything perfect on my wedding day. She is also so sweet and calm and we had a lot of fun with her and her team the morning of the wedding. Another huge perk was that she came to my apartment for my makeup and hair trial! I have never heard of that before and it was so nice! I'm so happy I booked Renee and I will definitely be finding reasons to book her again in the future!!! Just absolutely amazing.

s as well, they’re so good with time management that we worked in an extra service day of. All of my bridesmaids loved their looks and so did I! One of my main complaints with bridal makeup/hair is that they tend to spend all the time and effort on the bride and leave the bridesmaids looking just ok. That was not the case with Renee and her team, they listened to everyone and we all looked and felt our best! It shows in our wedding pictures :) I would recommend hiring her for you wedding. She was so wonderful to work with!

Their whole team helped do mine and several of my bridesmaids and my mother's hair and makeup in a reasonable time and even made sure we had touch-up kits for later in the day. Renee and her team were also very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Getting ready with them the morning of the wedding was stress free and relaxing. The end product for my hair and make-up was exactly what I had envisioned. I would highly recommend doing a trial with Renee if possible. She came super prepared and encouraged my input throughout the process. She was very dedicated to making sure everything looked the way I wanted. I am very very happy with my experience with Renee!
