He was very personable when we met and very helpful throughout the planning process. We had numerous talks about the rehearsal and the day of. Unfortunately, he forgot about the rehearsal and for some reason couldn't come after I called an hour...

into the planned rehearsal time. Then during the ceremony he asked my husband a question that was never previously discussed! My husband was put on the spot and didn't even know the answer he was supposed to give! Overall, Victor was a nice person and guests said they enjoyed the ceremony, but from a personal standpoint it was nowhere close to the ceremony I dreamed of.
