led it. Everything was delicious - honestly, better than almost every other wedding we can remember. The guests raved. And we especially loved that it felt local, Berkshire's based, authentic (vs. mass produced). The salmon was especially delicious (tender and perfectly cooked) and I ate way too many of her late night fancy grilled cheese (3 varieties!). Brunch was classically lovely, with a beautiful smoked salmon platter. I also appreciated that Rita understood our vision, but then built on it by helping us think through things that wouldn't have crossed our mind (how much space do we need on the table? How much time do people need to eat?). Thank you to Rita and her great team!

ordination for the wedding day. We truly can't get over how delicious and fresh the reception dinner was. She realized our vision of summer-y, elevated barbecue and then some. We opted for Rita's berry shortcake instead of a traditional wedding cake and it was to die for!! At the last minute, we decided to have Rita prepare gourmet grilled cheeses for the after party and our guests are still raving about them. Working with Rita was one of the best decisions we made in our planning process and we could not recommend her more heartily.

entrees were all served perfectly...and presentation was spot on. True country elegance! The wedding , for 150 people was in a tent on top of a hill in the Berkshires and Rita and her staff were able to pull all of this off in a "cook tent" seamlessly...Nothing was ever a problem...not only was the meal perfect but her desserts were truly awesome and her midnight snacks, served in lunch bags were devoured. And then, the very next morning Rita was there to cater brunch for 100...again...perfect!!
