My personal experience with this vendor was great. My hairstylist was great and I had great service. However, my wedding party did not. I had already paid for half of everyone's appointment and the receptionist tried to charge full price. Even ...after I corrected it once, I found out that she charged two of my bridesmaids full price! Will most of the party was pleased with their hair, my mother was not. She finally got fed up trying o tell the stylist what she wanted and a friend of the family ended up fixing her hair later.
