stuff he said, I went back to get his wedding ring and I was able to take care of it all in 1 day. They are also easy to work with if you have any questions. I emailed the GM and he responded to me within 15 minutes and addressed my question.
I loved this location and will definitely go back for any future jewelry purchases.

Although all the jewelry is wonderful here, some of their employees are not very knowledgeable.
I had to go up there a total of 10 times. 5 for re-sizing and 5 for a wedding band that I didn't even like afterall.
Everyone was courteous and made sure we got the perfect rings and clean and polish them anytime I come in.
We visited several times and had such a great experience every time. We got my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands here. We got exactly what we wanted. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

I went to the store at 14080 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX.
It was a pleasant experience when I actually went to select an engagement ring. The lady helping me at Robbins Brothers was very helpful in finding the perfect setting and diamond.

I had saved up the money I needed for the engagement ring and wanted to use that money and not credit to purchase. Somehow, Robbins Brothers ended up persuading me in going with a credit company they supported instead. They ran my credit through two different companies and opened up accounts on two different credit cards I didn’t agree to. The account they used had 0% interest for a year but in the fine print, it said if you didn’t pay off the ring within the first year, the full price would be put back on the card at a ridiculous APR. Because of this, I just wanted to pay off the ring and not worry about it any longer. I tried to get in touch with Robbins and Brother’s management to find out which company they went with but they couldn’t tell me which company they signed me on with because they didn’t have the paperwork. And they couldn’t tell me how to get in touch with them. When I finally figured out which company it was and got in touch with them, they went though made it very difficult to pay off the loan price and to cancel the card.
While my fiancé (now wife) loves her ring, I will never shop at Robbins Brothers again or recommend it.
