Rockstar Limousine Service

With less than two weeks until the wedding we decided to book transportation for the bridal party. Rockstar Limousine had affordable wedding packages to fit all different group sizes. Melissa was very professional, very timely with phone calls, emails, and our confirmation. Phil was our drive we thank him for his hospitality!

After meeting with a few limo companies and talking to people over the phone we chose to go with Rockstar Limousine for our big day! We are so please with them! The driver was great and super nice. Coordinating with Melissa over the phone and through email was easy. So always got back to us so quickly. We chose to go with the party bus. It was worth it. Super clean inside, didn’t have any weird odors at all. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for helping our day be a little more perfect!

We had the 21 passenger bus pick up guests from the hotel and take them to the venue. It was on time, but there wasn’t any air, and it was 85 degrees outside. So needless to say my guests were hot and sweaty even before our outdoor ceremony. On the way back we used the wrap around 14 passenger limo. They arrived ahead of Time and just waited for us to load. The limo was nice, but it would not let us connect to the Bluetooth speaker, so that made it a little boring. But other than that it was good.

I used this company for my Wedding recently. I went to their shop and viewed the buses prior to our service. Melissa was more then accommodating from start to finish. The wedding went flawless and the bus was beautiful. Mike the driver was very helpful. The weather was 95 outside and the index was 108. The vehicle was cool as we only had 20 passengers in the 24 passenger bus. Melissa was very informative about telling us that the vehicle was able to accommodate 24 passengers but that 18-20 would be comfortable. I highly recommend this service.

I would like to start this review by saying I am extremely grateful to Rockstar Limo for being able to accommodate my party last minute. Due to our original company going out of business, we had to scramble for a replacement before our wedding and Rockstar Limo saved us. Melissa is extremely personable and I was relieved when we booked with them. However, the size of our limo bus was much too small for our party. Our vehicle said it could accommodate up to 24 people - we had 21, with one person standing, and it was still extremely cramped. Melissa said that you only need to allot a certain amount of space per person, so logistically you can fit 24 people. That might be mathematically correct, but you are literally smashed like sardines if you follow this. I would say their limo bus could comfortably sit 18 people. Furthermore, our wedding was on a 95 degree day. I understand that this would raise the temperature in a confined space with many people. However, it was torturous in that bus. It was actually hotter inside the bus than outside the bus. Their was ONE vent in the front of the bus that you couldn't even feel unless you were squatting near the driver. Do not go with this company during summer months!!

I would like to say a Big Thank you to Melissa for a Great night. We rented a limo for our kids for Prom but unfortunately it broke down on the way for our pick up. The kids understood but were disappointed. Melissa called me the following Monday and apologized and asked what she could do. We re scheduled a night out for the same kids and it was a great success. The kids had so much fun and the driver was Great! Thank you so much and we will definitely be using you again!

Everything went perfect! The office was very helpful and the driver was professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

This place is AMAZING! It was a very short notice for both times I used this service, actually the day of the events and Melissa came to my resume both times! Melissa and she is above and beyond what I cumster would want! Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

The limo was larger than I expected, so it was a little harder to get in and out of places, but the value was great, the driver was very nice and accommodating to what we needed. It was clean with a fantastic bottle of champagne, clean glasses, plenty of ice. I also had a car shuttle service that I wanted at the end of the night to drive the bridal party back to the hotel. Instead of sending an SUV, they had a limo in the area, and we got to use that instead with no extra charges. At first I was a little leery on using them, because I couldn't find much information on them, but they were perfect for my needs!

Overall I would say Rockstar was a decent choice for our wedding party. The driver was great and really flexible with address changes for picture locations. The only complaint in the SUV limo we booked was a little run-down. The inside had a lot of issues, broken handle on the inside of one of the doors, there was duct tape on one of the mirrors. It just wasn't something that says classy... it got us from A to B and back again and was on time.

I have no complaints about this company. I liked that the gratuity was included in the price so I didn't have to worry about tipping the day of. They were there on time and the driver was very nice!

We chose Rockstar Limo because they gave us a great price, the limo looked nice and was big enough. We rented the limo for 4 hours and only got 3. The limo driver was an hour late to the church because he went to another church with the same name that was 45 min. away. We called a couple days after the wedding and the lady was extremely rude telling us it was our fault and gave them the wrong address. We had proof in the confirmation email that we gave her the right address! We didn't want them to refund all of our money but compensate us for something since we didn't get the entire 4 hours and all they had to say was they aren't willing to make it right. They were so rude, unprofessional and now I know why it was a lot cheaper than other places. I'd would have rather paid a little more for a company who treats their customers right.
