I literally can't even think of words to explain how wonderful both Lindsay and David were. My guests kept commenting on David, even after the wedding the rest of the weekend I literally had guests telling me how fantastic David was. The staff at RMC were not only professional, but also warm and friendly, making our guests feel truly taken care of. We couldn't be more grateful to RMC for their exceptional service and delicious food! Without being prompted, we had so many guests after the fact tell us that it was "the best wedding food" they ever had. The Luther Burger passed apps were also a HUGE hit, we had a bunch of people tell us they ate multiple and that they wish they could buy them so they could have more. RMC played a vital role in making our wedding day a resounding success. If you're looking for a catering company that goes above and beyond in every aspect, look no further. hey provided more affordable catering services compared to most Denver wedding catering companies, yet their food was still so delicious. Jordan was our POC throughout planning and she was prompt with communication and updated our proposal as needed. She helped setup our food tasting months in advance and the whole tasting experience executed as a little "date night" which was special for the two us :) On our wedding day, RMC was very organized provided excellent food service for our guests. The head server even stood in front of our sweetheart table to ensure we could eat without interruption as we were on a timely scheduled with sunset pictures. The portion sizes were more than adequate and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the buffet and food quality! Overall, we highly recommend Rocky Mountain for catering services and would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you, RMC!!

ication issues with the planner for Rocky Mountain Catering, for example we had to tell them 3 times no fish or seafood due to a severe allergy from one of our guests, and we had to send them our schedule twice and they still apparently misinterpreted it until we clarified with the staff on the day of. Also their invoice system can be confusing, but besides those 2 things Rocky Mountain Catering absolutely knocked it out of the park for us! Due to many tricky food restrictions in my family, we opted to go with 3 stations for the entire dinner. It's kind of unconventional and I wasn't sure how it would go, but it turned out amazing! One of our stations was 2 different already-prepared flatbread pizzas (we picked the ingredients and toppings), one station was fancy mac and cheese with whatever toppings you wanted, and our last station was rice and/or noodles, chicken and/or beef, and veggies and Asian sauces. It all looked incredibly delicious, all of our guests really enjoyed the food, and we were able to accommodate literally everyone's food restrictions. (I personally hope more weddings do this in the future because I usually end up leaving weddings hungry from my own food restrictions, but my whole family is tough in that regard...) The Rocky Mountain Catering staff also went above and beyond for us, helping set our tables and centerpieces, saving extra food for my wife and I for later, cleaning out our slime-filled custom shot glasses so that people could take clean ones home, and even helping clean up the reception area if anyone made a mess. The head of their staff that day worked very closely with my family and our venue's wedding planners to make sure that literally everything was taken care of. They were really amazing, and the price was well worth it!

They did a great job of elevation our ideas and there were hardly any leftovers at the end of the night. Before the ceremony I mentioned I was hungry after not eating all day and they brought me a delicious snack plate to munch on while we were waiting for everything to start! They helped decorate and get everything set up, we didnt have to worry about a thing!
