The catering manager, Steve, was fantastic. He helped me choose the right amount of food, the best mix of choices. He made sure we had all the oil, bread bowls, chafing dishes, linen napkins, etc. He even came personally to make sure it was ...set up well. Our guests (100 of them) raved about how good the food was. And the price was comparable to, or lower than, everywhere else we checked.
I can't say enough good things about them!
