Owner Morgan Garay renovated a 1967 Serro Scotty camper to accommodate a full-sized espresso machine, two people, and a menu of delicious hand-crafted beverages. By creating a mobile business, it gives Morgan the ability to bring this experience to your wedding reception. Morgan's love of coffee began by watching her Friends at Central Perk. After traveling the world, she returned home and focused on working in the coffee industry. Finding a position at a small coffee shop, Morgan began understanding the preparation and craft of each drink. While working at Starbucks, she attained the title of coffee master and was named Partner of the Quarter and Barista Champion three times. Hello, my name is Morgan, and I am the owner/operator of Rooftop Coffee Shop. I have always valued quality time with others and through my years of traveling and investing in other cultures, I have noticed that the time spent with someone over a cup of coffee, usually brings rich conversations and community. For the last 10 years I have given my time to the coffee industry through a small shop as well as Starbucks and have tried my best to master the craft. My dream for Rooftop is to bring all that I have learned and the feeling of community that a coffee shop provides to any event.
