erpieces. The bouquets were gorgeous. At the ceremony Shirley made sure each suit and dress was straightened and lint free before the bridesmaids, groomsmen and parents walked down the aisle. She is the best!!

l ideas I wanted for our wedding and I'd say we were 90% aligned on everything. The missing 10% was discovered fortunately a few days before our wedding when she sent me the photos of the arrangements she had pulled together so far. The dusty roses I thought would be tan looked very pink and we had no pink in our wedding whatsoever. Luckily Shirley sent me those initial pictures so after talking on the phone, she was able to pivot and replace them with white roses so all of our arrangements turned out beautiful. When it came to delivery of the flowers, there seemed to be some scrambling due to her having 6 other events she had deliveries for that day so fortunately our coordinator and Shirley were able to arrange something so everything was delivered on time and our coordinator ended up setting up a lot of our florals the day of the wedding.

h ones I didn't want when they were not in the photo of what I asked for several times. In my viewpoint, even after telling her so many times that I wanted it just as the photo with no added designs or flowers I never got what I had wanted and was disappointed with the finish product. In my opinion she was bad at communication because I had spoke with her 2 weeks before the wedding to set up the time for pickup, then she called me again about a week before asking for a time that we would pick it up, then called me again the morning of the wedding asking again when we would be picking them up which was already discussed multiple times. I feel like they need to listen to their clients wishes more and not try to make their own styles or how they envision the arrangement being. I never got it to look like the photo which I asked for so many times and wish I would have went with a different florist.

do an amazing job to create what you're hoping for! I loved the bouquets, boutonnieres, and arch she made for our wedding, it was all perfect! The day of the event, she was so helpful with set up, delivery, and even was able to add a last minute family heirloom to my bouquet. Thank you Rose Petals Florist!!

fore my wedding. I received these photos begging at 8 pm and ending at 11 pm and had to call to remind them before receiving them. I did have them make some changes based on those photos which was great to be able to do.

ggestions we ended up using on the big day. It’s amazing how that call and a few emails from there she and her team at Rose Petals made incredible arrangements for our wedding. A few weeks out from the date we hit decision fatigue and gave Raven the sign off to use her best judgement for several elements of the arrangements and she nailed it! A little bit of traffic delayed her arrival on the day of but Raven did a great job of keeping my wedding planner in the loop and you couldn’t tell her team had less than optimal time to setup our ceremony space. You are truly in fantastic artistic hands at Rose Petals.

re of exactly what I wanted, just the colors, so I trusted her to put together something beautiful and it was better than I could have imagined. You can tell that she feels personally invested in her services and she was incredible on the day of our wedding, making sure everyone had everything they needed and that all of the flowers were perfect. She set up our ceremony flowers and then transferred them into the reception site so seamlessly that it was like magic. She also provided (and applied) real flowers for our cake and I could not be happier with how it turned out – so beautiful! I would highly recommend Shirley for any event!

for wanting ONLY dahlias. After more thought and hours on Pinterest, we added succulents to the mix. The center pieces turned out exactly how I pictured and were so big, beautiful, and full of color! We had them in the wood boxes (rented from Rose Petals). We also used their centerpiece markers. The bouquets were perfect! And I love love love the boutonnières! Seriously, everything was perfect! They have large ground standing signs you can rent and they wrote what we wanted on it. They put the flowers on our cake too. Shirley and Amy were very easy to get a hold of and always responded promptly. I highly recommend using Rose Petals for any floral needs you have!

going to get until the night before my wedding. They made changes to improve what they originally had which looked better, but it still didn't look like what I originally wanted. The delivery was timely. After my Yelp review was observed, she argued with me through text messages while I was at work.

o me because I gave Shirley and her team complete control to make my flower arrangements beautiful. And I was NOT disappointed. Everything came out better than I could imagine. Shirley gave me exactly what I wanted, even though I didn't know exactly what that was!

heduled a meeting with her for the next time we were in town. But she didn't show up for our meeting! That was just the beginning. Every phone call with her started with her dumping all her stresses on me and me not getting a word in. And every phone call it seemed that she didn't recall what we had previously discussed or what I had emailed her. From the start, I told her I would provide small mason jars for the centerpieces and that I didn't like filler flowers/greenery, just soft flowers. From Shirley's pictures, she also likes to bedazzle her flowers and I told her (and emailed her) that I did not want that. The day before my wedding, she calls me and starts to tell me a sob story about how stressed she was and some injury she had and then went on to tell me that the jars I provided were too small. I had previously emailed her a picture of the jars I was providing and said from the start I wanted the centerpieces small. And if that's what I tell you I want, you make it work. You put fewer flowers in the centerpieces and make it happen. But she proceeded to argue with me that it wouldn't work. Then she also asked about jewels in the flowers. So I pointed out that I had already told her that I don't want that. But she told me it was no where in writing so she didn't know.....It's not my fault that she didn't keep my email or take notes when I told her I didn't want that. She later told me she found the email that said it but I had also told her this multiple times verbally. As well as all of the above, the flowers she delivered had a lot of greenery in the centerpieces. I also said I wanted coral and peach flowers (pink coral not orange coral) but the flowers were very close to red. This isn't everything that went wrong but I think the most difficult thing was communication. She seemed so scatter brained and spastic that she made the whole process very stressful. This is not the type of person you want when planning a wedding. You want someone who remembers what you previously told them and remains calm when things are getting crazy. I do not recommend this florist!

e flowers on top. The florist took it upon herself to call "artist choice" on the cake and smothered the cake and the table with pink and purple flowers that hid the cake. I feel like she would have been okay if I made it clearer, I just didn't appreciate that the florist was over take the cake. So just be clear about what you want.

of us girls with our bouquets. She was great. They table arrangements were beautiful and they added some extra touch where they thought necessary. The only small problem I had is that I was expecting the table flowers to be fuller in size but they still looked great!

But she was such a breeze to work with and although her website doesn't do her work justice she did a phenominal job.
