eady hand. I loved his creativity in taking footage from behind the scenes. He documented details of the reception that I had hoped we would remember but doubted would be filmed. Ryan made everything look simply beautiful. His video clips came together seamlessly. I am usually the one taking photos/video of all our special family moments, but this was definitely not one of those days, as it was our daughter’s wedding. I’m so grateful Ryan was there. He was extremely professional and showed respect to our photographer. Most importantly, although strangers, Ryan treated us like family and it shows in his work. If you ever question whether or not to get a videographer in addition to your photographer, stop your thought process right there. Hire Ryan. He’s your guy.

r original videographer was booked for the date we needed. I found Ryan on KSL.com and got him booked. He was absolutely amazing. He was with us for 2 days filming all the events from playing a round of golf and wedding dinner on Friday, to filming all the girls getting their makeup and hair done. The wedding ceremony on Nov 13th, and the reception that night were all outdoors at Sky Mountain Golf Course. He captured the beauty of this magnificent backdrop for her wedding. He flew his drone to get unbelievable shots of the golf course, ceremony and reception. He is so personable and intermingled with our guests like they were his long lost friends. The video he provided was spectacular to say the least. He caught it all. There were some special moments that he recorded in their entirety that he sent us also. If you want an unbelievable video experience Ryan Mortensen Films is who you want.

It was clear he was the naturally gifted photographer and she just owned a fancy camera. In every shot his work was far superior to hers. He has the eye to frame each shot and the talent to get the special photo in great light. Amazing !!! Professional, personable, capable and talented. My only warning is to book fast. He is in demand as a videographer. He is very reputable and I know he books out quickly. If he is available for your wedding, don’t hesitate to book Ryan that instant or you’ll regret it!
