I also found out after the fact she isn't even trained to cut extensions and shouldn't have cut them to begin with. Sarah re did my hair a few days later and the color was better but the length was gone. Its been several weeks and my hair is orange again from what Jordan did. Carie and Sarah let me know that my extensions should not have been colored the way they were and Jordan should not have cut them. Uninstall is $250, reinstall is $250, hair $398 and color of the hair $175. That total is $1,073 I had to pay on top of my services to fix her mistake. I emailed the owner 6 pictures and a long email. She took weeks to respond and replied by saying " I’m so sorry. I’ve been meaning to write you guys back for a week. If she isn't trained to cut extensions and cut them anyways, I wouldn't call her experienced.
