utside she moved all the chairs and decorations inside to prepare for our ceremony so quickly. It ended up being more beautiful than we ever imagined. She helped so much that day I had no worries and we had a lot fun. The food was also delicious, and they were very easy to work with. I changed my contract many times and they were always there to accommodate and answer my many questions! Great people to work with!

learned that it was going to rain all day, Anastasia took care of all of our worries! We had even scheduled two tents to be outside the day of the wedding- when we found out the day before that the tent company would no longer let us use the tents due to tropical force winds, (Hello, Tropical Storm Alberto!) Anastasia handled it beautifully and kept everyone calm. The ceremony and reception inside ended up being absolutely incredible all thanks to her expertise! She was worth every penny and then some! Prior to the wedding they were helpful w/ some emergencies that arose (i.e. we had to find a new officiant last minute, etc), and although they raised prices on their lighting packages they were willing to honor the pricing we had originally signed on for. We did run into a few things though - we paid $800 for a day of wedding coordinator, and while our coordinator did quite a bit on the day of - she also left for about an hour and a half right before the ceremony started to go and attend a rehearsal with another bride, without telling anyone - she only later called my mother after she had already left to tell her she would be back soon. This seemed extremely unprofessional considering we had spent so much to have someone be there the day of and help us. My florist actually was the one who helped my mom set up all the table settings bc our coordinator was MIA. While I understand they're a major vendor and are extremely busy w/ weddings throughout the year - for the prices they charge, and the reviews they have we really expected more attention and thoughtfulness on the day of the wedding, so we were somewhat disappointed.

Kala was magnificant; after finding us a venue and a caterer, she assigned us to one of the wedding planners who worked for her; but never stepped away from any of my late night calls or texts. The day was perfect... Kala and her entire staff at the gallery were life savers. HIre them even if your wedding planning is just normal; they are so organized and have hearts of gold. Looking back, Kala and her team were just blessings.

I really beleive that they were the difference between a wonderful wedding day and a spectacular wedding day. My photos prove that no matter how crazy detailed I was at the beginning, the day was completed just flawlessly. Truly our very best thanks for making the day so memorable. Love YOU all

to be and totally amazed me with how BEYOND everything was. Everything was so top-notch and I'm insanely picky with high standards. She was really such a joy and pleasure to work with from start to finish. She made everything flow so smoothly and totally exceeded every expectation. Everything was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and our guests were constantly gushing over how gorgeous everything was and how SMOOTHLY the day went. Alexis was professional, ORGANIZED, kind, friendly, and on top of everything. She couldn't have done a better job. She deserves so much more than what it costs to have her assistance, guidance, and expertise. She was the best investment we made by far, and her recommendations were stellar. I expected it to be fun and pretty, but I did not expect it to be as stunning as it was. She was also so attentive to us and communicated with every vendor so that everyone was on the same page, and everything went off beautifully. I was amazed at how she never once showed a shred of stress because I know we had a million details. I gave her SO MUCH DECOR the day before our wedding and the day of our wedding, it was all set up so perfectly and better than I pictured. Even departing the venue, I was worried about having things all over the place what with getting ready with my huge bridal party in one room, with hairspray and makeup and pins everywhere. When it was time for us to depart, she had PACKED my bag for me and organized everything so that all I had to do was take a bag and head out. She did everything else. I do large events for work regularly and I am very particular about details and organization, and she exceeded my expectations. I have several friends who coordinate weddings and other events from other states who attended and they wouldn't stop saying how perfect, and flawless, and smooth, and impressive everything was. Alexis is more than worth it if you want your wedding to be phenomenal. I can't imagine doing it without her. She was the BEST.

If you want your event to run smoothly, I'd highly recommend using Alexis as your day-of coordinator.

t I will sure try. From the beginning, she is helpful, patience, and very responsive to emails. She directs me when I am lost during the decision making process for all things without the feeling of pushiness. On the wedding day, the florist delivered bouquets and boutonnieres to the bridal room. When the groomsmen and the family members arrive at the venue, I was looking for Alexis to deliver the boutonnieres to them. When I looked over at the table where the boutonnieres were sitting, there were gone. She had already delivered and even helped pinned them. That was the moment that I knew that I had made the right choice to hire her and never question or worry for the rest of my wedding day. She would come and remind me when its time to change outfits, cut cake, or pictures, etc. I was able to thoroughly enjoy the day and night carefree and without the stress of things being on time. The wedding event went flawlessly and I know a big part of it was due to the planning and coordination that Alexis did. Ask for Alexis, you will be so happy that you did. Thank you so much!

xis. As a Dad,they were very patient with all of my questions and concerns as I discovered how complex weddings are today. If you are a parent planning your kid's wedding, definately use them. And sleep well at night!

Florida- we knew planning would be a challenge but our wedding coordinator, Alexis Alexander was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. We worked together via email since it was the best way to communicate with the time difference. Alexis was beyond helpful- she kept in contact almost daily to ensure we were on track for our big day. She made what could be a stressful day- pretty much stress free. She collaborated with all of our vendors and was the go- to person so, we could enjoy our day. The day of the wedding- she calmly gave us a play by play of the day- we were simply on call. We were able to have the best time- talk to all of our guests, dance- she guided everything along so smoothly. The day of- we did have some typical Florida weather- after our ceremony which was outside- the skies opened up. Luckily our guests were inside the estate at this point. Alexis took control and made a plan- and the storm passed without any disruption of our big day. It was beautiful and perfect and we would more then recommend Sarasota Wedding Gallery for wedding coordinating. Thank you so much, Alexis and Cayton for making us have the best day ever!

tor. We highly recommend her, she is AMAZING. Most of my vendors came from her recommendation and we could not have been any happier with the outcome of our beautiful day! I was nervous when I arrived to the Crosley that morning, but within moments of talking to her I felt ready to go. Everything arrived on time and was set up beautifully. She would continue to check on me and my groom to make sure we were eating and had everything we needed. She was running around all day, not in a crazy way but in a professional getting things done way! The day and night ran perfectly, we just can not say enough fabulous things about her, we love her!!! Thank you Alexis for helping us make this day even more special for us and all of our guests!! We highly recommend her for your upcoming weddings, you will not regret the choice!!!
