Unfortunately the customer service here when consigning is poor and confusing at best. I took a dress in for consignment and a few stains were found on it. The woman in the shop encouraged me to have the dress dry cleaned and then bring it ba...
ck to make sure it was acceptable to them before I added some sequined ribbon to the dress to “jazz it up”. I took it home, marked every spot and stain I could find and had it dry cleaned. I then returned to Savvy Bridal and had the dress inspected by the young woman working that day and was told it was excellent and to go ahead and add the ribbon. I spent $15 on this adornment and sewed it on. I returned with the dress and the same young woman who inspected it after dry cleaning looked at it and accepted it for consignment. About two hours later I got a phone call that another associate had looked at the dress, found a spot, and they could not accept the dress. At no time was there ever a stipulation expressed by the young woman that she was not qualified or capable of making the decision about accepting the dress. So after 4 trips to Savvy over one dress and $15 of sequined ribbon and labor to add it, I would prefer to donate this dress to the Cinderella Project than continue to deal with a store that has such poor business practices. Maybe they treat the buying customers better but they obviously don’t see the consigning customers as valuable.

This ended up being my first and last stop for a wedding dress. My family and I walked in, we showed them pictures of my favorite dresses on my phone and they made quick work of pulling out lots of possibilities including the fabric and fit I w...
anted without flirting with any over-budget dresses. And my budget was only $400. Jami, the salesperson I worked with, was full of helpful tips that came with no pressure to buy from them and she helped us understand a lot more about the whole process beyond their store. I fell in love with THE dress, but since I was not expecting it to be so easy, I placed it on hold and slept on it. I also stopped at Davis's bridal after and was overwhelmed with the number of dresses and lack of feasible options and hated everything I found in my price range. You just get more bang for your buck with consignment. I couldn't stop talking about the dress all night so I went back the next day, tried it on again, loved it again, and bought it for a fraction of my small budget. I'm talking $160 out the door. I can put that saved money toward other things higher on my priority list without sacrificing feeling gorgeous in my dress. They have a beautiful stage area with mirrors for friends and family to join in the process. Also, the floor is clean and hard so there isn't carpeting wearing down the dress fabric from try-ons.They were happy to let us snap pictures and even call family on video chat. The mother of the bride dress suggestions helped her understand how to find flattering shapes that hit her waist in the most flattering spot and hide things she's self conscious about. She wasn't ready to buy yet, but I think that will be where she goes to shop. It was just phenomenal. You do have to have an open mind because their stock is dependent on what people bring in for consignment, but it's all in great condition. If you want to maximize quality and minimize price, this is worth the visit.

I found my wedding dress, veil, and belt at this store! Their gowns are so gorgeous and reasonably priced! All of their gowns are gently used, however they only sell gowns that are in pristine condition, 5 years old, and in style for the year. ...
Definitely check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

We chose to use Savvy Bridal's chair cover service for our September wedding. They were extremely easy to work with and they handled all setup and tear-down coordination with our venue, so it was one less thing that we had to worry about. The...
ir covers and sashes were beautiful and wrinkle free, they even made sure to coordinate the bow locations with me since we were setting up at the same time. Overall, very happy with the results!

Originally we were not going to spend the money on chair covers, but 2 weeks before the wedding we went to the reception facility to finalize details and Savvy was setting up for a wedding. The chair covers changed the room. The were elegant wi...
thout being too stuffy. While we waited we talked to the owners while they worked and found out how they got started and they showed us some of the diff styles and ways they can tie the bows, they never one tried to push us into getting them. They were friendly and helpful and before we left we had made arrangements to meet with them and finalize the look for our chair covers. They were available with only 2 weeks notice and their colors matched Niko's so there was no contrast. They were friendly and helpful and made sure every chair was crisp and clean and ready to wow our guests, which they did. Love these guys!!! Spend the money, change the look.
