We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Sandra and the Savvy Weddings team. We worked with Sandra for two years, and she made the process so memorable and enjoyable. We still cannot believe that she was able to turn our dreams into such a reality!
Every detail was meticulously organized, and Sandra had such a knack for taking our descriptions and giving them life. It was amazing how well she could interpret our vision and make it better, and was amazing about working with the budget we gave her. We really appreciated how open she was to every idea we had, because we know we can get carried away sometimes, but she had no problem matching our energy. We were also so pleased with her ability to find vendors that perfectly matched our style and budget - every interaction on our wedding day was just so wonderful.
The day of the wedding was nothing short of magical. I did not think it was possible to be so relaxed on your own wedding day, and I really want to shout out Sandra, Alex, Alex, and Kyle for really making that happen (and anyone else who was there - these are just the people I interacted with directly)! My bridesmaids were so shocked by how smoothly everything went and how relaxed I was, and we were so happy with how everything turned out. Our guests are still complimenting us months later about the execution, vibes, and decor from the wedding. I love telling people how absolutely perfect the day was, and not just “perfect even with imperfections,” but just literally perfect. No notes.
We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey, and cannot emphasize enough how much we recommend Savvy Weddings to anyone planning their dream wedding! Trusting Sandra is the closest I’ve come to trusting someone with my life (like actually). She will not steer you wrong. Thank you, Sandra, for making our day truly special!
After wrapping up our wedding, it became clear that it could never have happened without Savvy Weddings. I highly recommend Sandra and her team. When we were looking for help with wedding planning, we wanted a planner who could make our backyard wedding everything we imagined. Since we didn’t have a real “venue,” we had to bring in everything. This overwhelming task felt completely achievable with Sandra's help.
Sandra is extremely hardworking and dedicated to making your day the most special and perfect event. Despite only having her partial services, Sandra met with us over ten times and drove to our venue site countless times to reassure us that everything would work out as we imagined. She even brought in extra team members for the complicated task of flipping our ceremony venue into a dinner reception. She attended our tastings with us and advocated on our behalf’s when we had decision fatigue with numerous vendors.
Believe me when I say, we would never have been able to plan this event without Sandra’s help. Her expertise in helping us hand-pick every vendor, nail down a super complicated timeline, and ensure we didn’t get overwhelmed in the process was crucial to our Wedding. I have never worked with someone as great as her before! I couldn’t recommend her enough and am so thrilled with how my wedding turned out. We will miss working with Sandra so much! Savvy weddings stepped in to the our wedding! My husband and I were struggling and needed to hire a wedding planner for the day of three months before the wedding and luckily they were available! Sandra was amazing with checking almost every other week and making sure all of our vendors were ready for our big day. On our big day Sandra helped facilitate LITERALLY everything we needed without having to ask. She made our day so special and no stress! It’s difficult for me to fully articulate how extraordinary a wedding planner Sandra is. We threw every difficulty her way - a shortened timeline; a busy couple that had no time to devote to planning; wanting things a certain way and constantly changed our mind; and a budget to keep. Sandra dealt with it all with empathy, creativity, skill, and a preparedness that allowed her to roll with the punches.
A few things that really impressed me and my partner about working with Sandra:
1. My partner had a very vague idea of what he wanted and wasn’t great about articulating it. Sandra took the budget and time constraints we gave her and came up with a list of venues to help us understand what we liked and didn’t like about each one. It really helped us understand venue trade-offs and the fact that she provided an initial list that was already vetted and worked with what we told her was incredibly helpful for us. She did this throughout the process and helped us come to a whole wedding vision that felt truly personal and special to us. Considering the fact that we went from vague, difficult to understand descriptions to a wedding that guests raved about in 5 months is fully thanks to Sandra.
2. I did a poor job choosing my other vendors unfortunately. There were two in particular that I regret hiring but I also didn’t want to deal with replacing. Sandra helped mediate the relationships, helping me give feedback, and also checking in with me make sure the feedback was being heard and that I was happy about everything on the day of the wedding. She really made me feel cared for in a way that I genuinely believe was above and beyond and she never made me feel like my concerns were invalid.
3. The day of the wedding was truly without hiccup from my POV. I used to plan weddings in a past life and I know that weddings are NEVER without hiccups but as a bride I never felt any of them. It was smooth and relaxing and I honestly was able to enjoy the day and spend it laughing with friends and family. People always told me that the wedding day is chaos and that it’s a blur but I was actually able to relax, have real conversations with my guests and just have an overall great day. I was completely stress free (just a little nervous before walking down the aisle but after that I felt so calm!). If Sandra and her team hadn’t worked their magic behind the scenes there is no way this would have happened. I am so grateful to her for helping me have the best day!
4. We added on an extra event to do a Korean paebeak. This ended up being way more work than I think anyone thought on top off having to deal with my family (which is a stressor itself), but Sandra made the whole thing go smoothly and beautifully and I didn’t have to worry about that at all either. She was truly a champ taking on this extra event and I am forever grateful because of how special that event was for us and our families.
I honestly could go on and on. Hiring Sandra was the best decision I could have made for my wedding, second only to picking my husband (ha!) but honestly, hiring Sandra is a VERY CLOSE second. I highly recommend her - you won’t regret a hiring her! ❤️

Every detail of our reception (down to the disco mushrooms) and the entire day was better than we could have ever imagined. Sandra supported us through the whole process with amazing dedication and creativity. She made sure she understood our vision and brought all of our ideas to life. Her frequent check-in calls, emails, and the countless hours going over all our ideas and questions were invaluable. It was incredible to have her wealth of knowledge guiding us every step of the way.
Sandra and her team were there not just for us, but for our wedding party, family, and friends all day long! We loved working with Sandra @Savvy Weddings! From the very beginning, we felt confident that she could help make our dream wedding a reality. With both of us living out of state, communication was crucial! Sandra informed and advised us about vendors based on experience, and made walk-through videos for us when we couldn't be there in person. Working with Sandra and her team at Savvy Weddings was one of the best decisions we made while planning our dream wedding. Sandra was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, providing a clear timeline of the planning process and making us feel special every step of the way. One of our favorite days was meeting with Sandra and the staff at Encore to pick out our dinner place settings, linens, and chairs. While all of the choices and details can be overwhelming at times, Sandra was able to help guide us and make suggestions that fit our style and exactly what we were looking for. Not only was she amazing with helping us navigate the logistics of our big day, Sandra went above and beyond by creating a custom escort board that worked perfectly for our welcome gifts of our venue’s own olive oil. Anytime we are asked now for advice while planning a wedding, our go-to response is to find a planning team as great as Savvy!
We worked with Sandra for almost 2 years planning our wedding. When we started, we had a strong idea of what we wanted for our wedding but a really hard time finding the right venue in California. Hiring Sandra was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process we could have made. She found 25 + venue options for us and scheduled in person site visits. Without her, we would not have found the perfect venue for our vision. Our favorite part of hiring Sandra was that it never felt like work planning our wedding. It was as fun as we wanted it to be. Anything that we didn’t have time to handle we knew we could trust Sandra to help us with. Although we had an unconventional wedding in mind, we loved her enthusiasm and energy when we brought up new ideas. She always worked with us to make it happen. We would 10 out of 10 recommend Sandra for a wedding planner!
