perience was with Andy at the attached bar. He went over the top to make sure we had the right food and never ran out of a cold drink. I hope management sees this. He deserves to be commended.

Such a unique place to stay, especially for beer lovers! Service was wonderful, especially Jeff at the front desk who helped us store our bags when we arrived early and made sure we were all taken care of. Rooms were of good size and had a smal...
l kitchenette, which was a nice bonus. Hotel was pretty quiet, didn’t hear any neighbors or people in hallways. Super cool to see the original beer barrels and a video of what the building looked like prior to renovation. Short walk or scooter ride to main areas. The bar/restaurant attached offers great deals and a free shuttle to the Brewers game! Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

y. Not your average hotel stay. Attached full service restaurant was a bonus and we never had to go outside to pass from one to the other. Staff was great, rooms were awesome. Highly recommend.

Great stay, terrible follow up. The Brewhouse rooms, location, and service were solid, but everything fell apart at checkout. I picked up my rental from valet and found clear rear panel damage. The valet admitted responsibility on the spot. The...
Valet and Restaurant Manager assured me I would not be liable and gave me their contact info, saying they would review surveillance to confirm what happened.
Since then, I’ve tried for over 60 days to reach Brewhouse management to resolve the claim with AVIS. The Valet / Restaurant manager will not respond to emails. Every phone call ends with excuses about the manager not being in and that the manager on duty will call me back. No one has contacted me once. I have witnesses and photos showing the damage occurred under their care, but unfortunately I now have to involve Milwaukee Police to move this forward.
A great stay ended with complete avoidance and zero accountability.
