er details with you over and over so that you may feel comfortable with your decisions. Their flowers were fresh and beautiful. They will try to guide you to flowers that will last all day long so they look great but, if you really have your heart set on a fragile flower then make it clear.

d the surprise, they never delivered them on the day they were supposed to be delivered. I, as the purchaser, was never contacted. I had to actually reach out to them to see if they were delivered, only to find out that they were not. I contacted their "customer service" and none of my questions, about why they didn't call me, and why I wasn't notified that they were not delivered, were answered. Instead of answers I was given excuses. Not the kind of experience I expected, but I learned my lesson. 1-800-flowers it is!

Meeting with Scott to discuss and plan our wedding flowers was one of the highlights to wedding planning. He executed our plan perfectly and I can not thank him and their rest of his team enough for making our wedding so beautiful.

I had the chance to go to the shop and Scott took me in the back to see them all standing in their buckets, opening to perfection, and showed me arrangements as they were coming together. I really appreciated that it felt like I was getting to be a part of the process, and that personal touch was very nice. Then at the wedding Scott stayed for a while and actually helped make sure things were coming together, and made sure everyone got their corsages and bouteniers.
