Instead of having a regular wedding, we opted to have a small ceremony and then a bar crawl with our friends to celebrate before we headed off for an elopement. Chelsea and Aubrey dove right in and helped plan an amazing night! It took all the stress of trying to coordinate with all the unreliable bar managers away and we ended up with the perfect route and amazing deals just for our group!

We were so lost and Chelsea found a way to incorporate every detail that we wanted into our wedding. She was always available to answer our questions, was super responsive, and even told us to relax, sit back and she and her team will handle the rest. AND THEY DID! From décor, theme, flowers, wedding gifts, timelines, day-of-coordination, signage, seating charts & even some very last minute requests, Chelsea was there every step of the way & ALWAYS with a smile on her face. She even met with us several times prior to the wedding in order to ensure that deadlines were being met and always brought suggestions on things we hadn’t even thought about like table arrangements, vendor set ups, and coordinated with the photographer, DJ and venue event manager so that we did not have to lift a finger! They did it all from creating the vision, planning, prepping, executing, break down & clean up! Seriously, you need to book your event with these girls! Chelsea was available for all our vendor/wedding check-ins from Florist to DJ to Catering to Hotel coordination's. She even met us twice to walk through our ballroom set up & day of plans. Wedding day was an absolute breeze thanks to Chelsea & her teams’ preparedness for what was to come. I knew everything was going to be PERFECT & didn’t have to worry about the details because she had it covered. She even made sure we had 2 plates of Hors d'oeuvres + drinks after cocktail hour to make sure we ate & drank. me a quote based on my specific needs and was always there when I needed her! I am a bride stationed abroad and she was able to let me text her all of my crazy concerns and deal with them flawlessly. Day of coordination she provided was life saving as well since she kept us on timeline and dealt with multiple issues including my florists' mistakes and my dress even had a malfunction that she was able to fix with some safety pins! Couldn't recommend enough!

I can’t praise them enough but they did a spectacular job at my wedding making sure me and my husband were good though out the event. Chealse and Monica were my wedding planners and they knocked it out of the park!

ens. But it turned out to be the most beautiful, perfect wedding I could have ever imagined. The credit belongs to the wonderful Aubrey, Chelsea, and their team at Seas Your Day!! My husband and I first sat down with Aubrey and Chelsea not really knowing what to expect or even what we wanted yet. They found a way to handle all the details, yet also figure out what we wanted and know what to do with our mess of ideas. They were prepared, professional, end experts on how to execute the perfect wedding under any circumstance. So, the big day came. I, of course, as the bride, was a mess and stressed with the details. They assured me to just put out all the “things” I had collected in a room, go focus on getting ready, and they would make it a beautiful event. And holy cow, did they come through. I walked outside for the first time and there is no way I could have done it better myself. The farmhouse style tables and chairs were gorgeous and arranged so well in our outdoor space. All the little details were so perfectly thought out and arranged. It was gorgeous. Every time we talk to someone about our wedding, they rave about how beautiful it was. Not only was it beautiful, but they took care of everything. Timing, caterers, DJs, making sure we did all the “things” and stayed on schedule. I don’t even know when they moved the chairs from the ceremony to the reception space. The transitions were seamless. They made sure we ate and had a drink in our hands. Normally, the bride and groom forget so many things and feel like they can’t relax. I had time to sit with my husband and eat with him. I got to enjoy dancing with my friends. We had the perfect send off. Our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the wedding as well! We even had a hiccup in our ceremony where our sand we were using to combine together got dumped out, and they had it refilled without even noticing they were there. I could go on and on of the things they did that I was just in awe of: They drove to Publix before the ceremony for some random things we had forgotten to get. They covered cords with moss to make the lights more visually appealing. Our son needed extra attention during the ceremony, and they were with him. When I say they thought of and did everything, they really did. I felt calm, and able to focus on my soon to be husband. I don’t know how they did it or how they worked so perfectly in synch with one another, but I am so very thankful for their hard work and expertise to make our wedding the most perfect wedding a girl dreams of. Thank you Aubrey, Chelsea, Leah, and Christina! Forever grateful.
