Unlike other salons I've been to, she didn't rush me or pressure me to make a purchase. My mom and I also visited right after the salon re-opened during the COVID-19 pandemic, which offered an extra layer of concern for visiting. The store followed guidelines, took our temperature upon entering, and and amply hand sanitizing stations. They distanced all guests appropriately and had clear indications marked throughout the store on where to stand. These extra precautions were reassuring. I was also particularly impressed with the regular communication by the staff. They emailed and texted me reminders about my appointment. They also send regular reminders of the COVID policies and health requirements before entering the store. I was able to send sample dresses i liked from browsing online. They had them prepped and ready to go when I arrived. I appreciate the regular communication with the staff.

Each dress was sealed perfectly with a little picture of the dress from the front and back as well as color options. Our amazing consultant Allana also pulled a few tuning right in to the look I was going for. Thanks to Allana, I felt beautiful in every single one. She made me feel so special, she listened first then spoke second. She put words to my feelings or thoughts. There was not one dress I tried on I didn’t like. I was not rushed, I felt so important and most importantly I felt heard! Alana is truly an angel from above. At the end of the appointment Seng herself came over to help narrow down my options. I told her parts of each dress I liked- she listened walked to her racks of gowns. And pulled one gown out and said “ this is it” and she was so right. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day 8/28/2020. It’s everything I could ever want and more all thanks to Seng couture!

ng to Seng, I went to another salon and came to realize the look I was going for, I didn't like on myself! Before my appointment at Seng I was able to choose 5 dresses to try on, and all of my original picks aligned with my original vision. Luckily I was able to adjust and choose 5 different in stock dresses, that were perfect! With my consultant, Cathy I was able to try on all of the dresses, numerous veils, and belts. I'm really picky about sparkles/bling and Cathy was spot on with hearing me and understanding what I was saying! She wasn't pushy trying to add bling/sparkles in places I didn't want them! The other bridal salon I went to, kept putting me in dresses that weren't working, with too much sparkle and it had me overwhelmed and confused. Cathy, on the other had, had me feeling relaxed, excited & ready to make a decision. I ended up buying my dress that day and I am so happy with my decision! For plus size brides - I'm not plus size so I can't speak to selection, but I think Seng would be the perfect place to go! Half their store is plus size and their mannequins are all different sizes. I love to see this at places I shop! For Corona concerned brides - Seng was SO CLEAN! They thought everything through. From taking temperatures and limiting guests, all the way to providing tissues for opening doors. I stayed in a mask my entire visit, and had no concerns while I was there about cleanliness and sanitation.

My consultant was so knowledgeable about silhouettes, colors, how the details on the dress will photograph, etc...You can tell right away that they all just love working with Brides and their families and being a part of their special day. I truly loved every second of my experience with them yesterday and said YES TO THE DRESS! I can't wait to go back with my bridesmaids and my mom for their dresses.

First of all, I went to this appointment on their second day reopened from the pandemic and they covered every base in keeping the shop clean, accommodating, organized & friendly. They took our temps at the door and had stations at every door to cleanse your hands or carefully touch a handle. Second, the texting system was so simple, convenient and also accommodating to keep in touch throughout the appointment process leading up. We also had a very large, private area which was open, airy and perfectly set up for my "fashion show"! Next, CATHY. WHAT A GEM! Although I am sure the other consultants are amazing, I was blessed with Cathy and her expertise because without her, I would have not found my dream dress. She was patient, hilarious, kind and so helpful throughout the entire appointment. Never once did she get frustrated with my indecisiveness or give up on me and exactly what I was looking for. She took every detail in each dress that I liked and hand picked the one I would finally say, "YES!" to. Cathy is A M A Z I N G & I can't wait to see her again at my first fitting!! Lastly, Seng, the owner, is just as darling as Cathy. She was so sweet, helpful and was genuinely happy for me when I picked my dream dress. She was honest for every dress I tried on and continued to check on us throughout my entire appointment. Now that I wrote a novel, I cannot recommend Seng, Cathy & their team enough. What an amazing and unforgettable experience myself, my sister & my mother had for such a special day, mask & all!

I scheduled my appointment for June 15th and could only bring 2 guests (COMPLETELY UNDERSTANDABLE given the current circumstances.) I was able to have my other loved ones be there with me virtually. I had to choose my top 5 dream dresses before my appointment and all 5 were waiting in a fitting room for me. Little did I know my dream dress was waiting for me... and even more to my surprise... it was the first dress I tried on. I cried, got chills, and was speechless at first. eng Couture did. Ilian made me feel at complete ease in all aspects of the process. She was always supportive, yet firm when she needed to be (e.g.; when I didn't love a dress, but for whatever reason, wanted to hang onto it as an option.. she said "no, we're getting rid of this one"). She was never pushy about anything and was extremely patient. My favorite thing about Ilian is that any time I mentioned something I didn't like about a dress (I'm extremely picky!), she was able to show me how she could fix it to make it to my liking. This is what made me determined to find a wedding gown with Seng Couture - I felt completely confident in their knowledge of wedding gowns and their ability to alter them. I went back to Seng Couture for a third time, convinced that I was going to say yes to a dress that I had tried on previously. I went in not intending to try on any other dresses, because at that point, I felt defeated and just wanted to get a dress and stop searching. Ilian offered to show me just a couple more she had in mind for me, and thankfully I agreed. One of the dresses she picked was MY dress! I went back and forth on the new dress and the one that I intended to say yes to (literally, kept trying on both!). After hearing the immense amount of uncertainty in my voice about the dress I went in for and my critique of the dress, Ilian spoke up and explained why she thought the new dress worked better for me and my frame. When she pointed those things out (and she didn't do it in any body shaming type of way.. but just using her knowledge of bridal gowns and experience), I was able to see how much better the new dress fit and looked on me! That pushed me to feel confident in saying yes to the new dress. I'm so grateful for her and her help. I would have ended up with a dress that I wasn't crazy about, and that most likely I'd dislike on me when looking back on pictures. Now, I cannot wait to wear my dress on my May 22, 2021 wedding date!

Illian helped me the second time, as Cathy was not there (was a very last minute visit they squeezed me in as I was growing increasingly impatient to find the dress) and again, so patient and so beyond helpful. They let you shop the dresses yourself which is nice that way you can see everything they have and pick what you want. I finally found the dress and fell in love. There were some changes I wanted to make to make it exactly how I wanted and she instantly made alterations in front of my eyes of how I wanted it. They are truly experts in what they do and care so deeply about finding your special dress.
