I knew my wedding day in good hands and anything I needed, one of my coordinators was always nearby. Most of the time, I didn't need to ask because everything was so planned out and already waiting for me and my husband. I don't know how my wedding would have gone without this team. Shelley also did my flowers and they were so breathtaking. I'm an orchid bride and the flowers were beyond anything I could have imagined. At the end of the night, a few of my guest were able to take some of the plants home. I wasn't sure if anyone would take them but they disappeared so quickly. Such a great idea! She knows just the right questions to ask to make your wedding just what you imagined. Shelley makes the whole process easier with her expertise and her streamlined process. We never worried about any of the flowers and even when we had to add an arbor for the ceremony site a week before the wedding for my first daughter, Shelley eased our mind and said it would not be a problem. And it wasn't. She and her crew made it happen and it was gorgeous. Same with my second daughter's wedding when we presented her with a monogrammed art piece that was bigger than she imagined. She worked it into the centerpiece of the altar's backdrop which also worked as the center focus behind the head table at the reception. She has a definite gift. Shelley is amazing, down to earth, and reassuring. I cannot say enough about her expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Shelley and Couture WeddingFlowers and Planning. AMAZING!!!!!

Its been a week since our wedding and we are still getting compliments on our flowers and her work. My bouquet was one of the most beautiful ones i had ever seen. I got so many compliments on it.

She is truly a human Swiss Army knife- she can do it all. She was available when we need her, checked in on us, and made the day run butter smooth. If there were any issues, I have no idea what they are because they were handled gracefully. I can not think of a better day of coordinator than the experience we had. As a florist, Shelley was very good. My florals were beautiful and clean like we had conferenced on. When the vendor let us use an arbor he had left up from a previous wedding, Shelley immediately accommodated our budget to decorate the day of. Because of our cold temperatures, Shelley told me I could not take any of our bouquets outside. When I was being told that I could not use the products I'd spent so much money on, I was instantly frustrated because I felt like the product belonged to me. Shelley compromised and put together fake but beautiful bouquet for me to use for outside pictures on wedding day - which worked ! Her problem solving skills were wonderfully appreciated, but if you expect to have full reign of the use of flowers think twice. I would also say that some things that were said in the consultation did not happen (a sketch of bouquet before the wedding, painted eucalyptus, etc.) most of which I found out week of or day of wedding. If you are a type A bride that is looking for follow through on every detail, I would caution you to just ask and check in. I did not care to and trusted Shelley, but I could see where someone would want to know this. A fantastic, knowledgeable vendor.

She did all of our bouquets, boutonnières, table centerpieces, arbor florals and created the most beautiful flower crown for my daughter (flower girl) and gorgeous flower combs for me. Our venue was more industrial and the softness she brought in with her flowers made everything look perfect. I would absolutely recommend Shelley to anyone needing florals of any kind!

She knocked other florist's prices out of the park with how affordable she was! I immediately booked her for our wedding on August 18th, 2018. I then decided to have her do our day of coordination as well, which again was SO affordable compared to others. Shelley and Brenna met with me multiple times before the wedding, we had a few calls to finalize things, and they were always very responsive, willing and ready to help with anything they could. The week of our wedding, Shelley and Brenna were so organized and made sure that I had all the final details in place and even offered some of their decor to help put finishing touches on our reception. I handed over everything to them and I was in complete AWE watching them pull it all together the morning of the wedding. They absolutely saw my vision for the space and they completely hit it out of the park with the decor and floral arrangements. I never expected that my wedding could be so beautiful with my budget, but Shelley and Brenna made it happen! I honestly could cry writing this post because they completely exceeded my expectations and I was so lucky to have found them.. I do not think our day would have been as perfect if we did not have Shelley and Brenna on our team! They are truly wonderful people to work with and are so passionate about the work they do-- all they want is to make sure you are pleased and stress-free on the happiest day of your life! They helped us with our rehearsal, had an emergency kit ready and waiting for me when I needed it, kept us on schedule the whole day and WOW I am completely at a loss for words to describe how wonderful they were. I have had so many guests from our wedding asking me about them and telling me how beautiful and perfect it all was.. and I just know that without Shelley and Brenna, it would not have been the same! We HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest using them for your event!!!

Shelley was more than willing to offer us advice and look at pictures I sent her when we had things put together. I am able to tell you, with full confidence, that Shelley is the best florist you could have. Her work is outstanding. I'm talking huge, beautiful bouquets that look like they're from a magazine. My bridal bouquet was AMAZING- luscious, big, gorgeous. It looked like a $300 bridal bouquet from other vendors, but it was almost half that. Her prices are very fair. She is kind and hard working. She is also so responsive. I know this may seem like a strange thing to put in a review, but trust me, as a bride, responsive vendors are your best friend, and Shelley takes the (wedding) cake in that department. Any question I had (and trust me, there were a lot), was answered promptly and kindly. Emails were answered within hours. She made me feel like I was her only client. No questions were too silly or redundant, and she helped reassure me of my vision along the way. I could go on and on all day about my experience with Shelley, but I will leave it at this- she is THE BEST. You won't be disappointed.

She called me that same afternoon, after delivering flowers for two weddings, and apologized for the delay in responding! And she was that responsive and attentive all the way through. She understood the wedding vision immediately and gave us great suggestions. The flowers were gorgeous. We were able to use the ceremony flowers for the reception centerpieces to keep costs down. We didn't really provide any direction for the flowers for the cake. Just sent a photo of the cake design, and what she delivered was so far above and beyond. Just beautiful! I have already recommended her to my nephew and his fiancée, who are just starting to plan their wedding, and I would strongly recommend working with her for your wedding or other special event. She is the best.

Shelley took floral arranging to a new level for our wedding by creating romantic, abundant and creative floral masterpieces which were punctuated by the most beautiful greenery and blooming branches! She adorned the staircases with the most amazing, profuse garlands which provided a wonderful photo setting for the entrance of the bride. Speaking of the bride, my bouquet was a stunning work of art which incorporated a unique array of jewel tone florals and eucalyptus. Shelley's attention to detail is superior! She makes sure to incorporate all of her client's wishes and then works her magic with her creative genius and knowledge of her craft. She's also so kind and patient as you plan, make changes and at times are overwhelmed planning a wedding. It is without reservation that we highly recommend Shelley Rundberg....she's wonderful!

She listened to what I was hoping to describe as a romantic boho theme with ivory’s, pinks, and greenery and made just magic. She met with me several times to get things just right and was so easy to work with. She also has several wedding pieces that can be included or rented such as; mercury glass, candle sticks, candle lanterns, vases, and cake stands - so you really don’t have to buy a lot extra that just ends up on a swap shop anyway! She comes back later in the evening and will load everything up and donate what flowers you don’t want to keep to local nursing homes which I thought was a special touch❤️. She sent me pics of the residents holding our wedding flowers smiling in appreciation. Shelley truly loves what she does and is so compassionate, she works tirelessly so that each of her brides get exactly what she wants. I highly recommend her!

s devise our day-of timeline, which my Type-A personality amended at least 5 times because I wanted to get to the dancing! She took my edits and made them happen. We had to bump up our rooftop ceremony start time by 15 minutes to try and avoid the rain. Of course, the sky opened up just as my husband began walking his grandma down the aisle. Before I even knew what was going on, Shelley was working with the venue to have our indoor reception space flipped. We started the ceremony over indoors and then Shelley coordinated the flip of the reception back. Everyone raved about the seamless flips. After all of that, we were still on schedule with my original timeline! Shelley was fantastic to work with - she took charge of setting up, cleaning up, and having all of our flowers donated afterwards. When Hy-Vee sent our cake without the cake topper, she made a single phone call and next thing I knew, our cake was complete. Simply amazing!

I had over 2 years to plan my wedding, so over that period of time I met with over 5 florists in KC. Not a single price quote came close to Shelley's. Which brings me to my next point... 3. Flowers exceeded our expectations! Our flowers were BEAUTIFUL and plentiful! The arrangements were better than the photos I sent her and there were way more flowers than I had anticipated. 4. Organization was vital. With giving Shelley a rough timeline of our day, she quickly put together her own timeline and sent it to me minutes later. She was spot on with timing and even enlisted helpers to get the church and reception venue ready (we're talking 400+ guests and 46+ tables). There are many more wonderful things I could say about Shelley and her team. Trust me when I say that I have shopped around KC and she truly is the best. I can guarantee she will be your favorite vendor to work with.
