Hayley is simply the best! We were both blown away by the attention to detail, constant communication and support, as well as overall dedication she provided to us from our engagement through wedding day! We literally would not have found our wedding venue without her, and she not only listened to our ideas but brought to life our vision for our special day. Hayley’s organizational skills are absolutely amazing, and her seemingly innate ability to negotiate and work to create what was needed to make oir special day come to life will be forever appreciated. The creativity and positive attitude from start to finish was such a valued addition to our experience. She really caters to what you identify as special and important and works to ensure this from the very start. I HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone considering a planner for making their special day come to life!

Hayley went above and beyond anything we expected to make our dream wedding possible. She provided full service planning from when we got engaged every step of the the way up to the wedding day, including the rehearsal and dinner. She was constantly in touch with us making sure we had everything we needed done on time. She found the perfect venue based on exactly what we wanted. She recommended the most unique customized seating chart as well as the perfect guestbook for us. She put together all the customized signage as well as took care of all our menu designs. She took care of sourcing all our vendors as well as all the communication with all our vendors to ensure everything was done the way we wanted. Her attention to detail was top notch and made sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. She even took care of our music for walking down the aisle. I would highly recommend Hayley’s services. She is extremely professional and great at what she does.

From the very start last year, to the culmination of the wedding last month, Hayley provided outstanding support, amazing organizational skills, countless creative ideas, honed planning skills, strong negotiating and communication skills and consummate professionalism. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! :) My husband and I absolutely LOVED having Shmayleys at our wedding reception, it was such a hit with our guests! The milkshakes, ice cream and toppings were delicious, everyone was raving about it! Hayley has the cutest pink trailer and we were able to get such awesome photos to cherish forever. Hayley is amazing to work with and is such a professional. The night went off without a hitch, best decision we ever made was to invite her to our wedding!

Hayley is incredible! Not only did she provide an amazing dessert truck FULL of goodies, she also provided the photobooth & my day of wedding coordinating!! Hayley and her staff did a great job bartending our backyard wedding in Quogue, NY. There were 100 guests who were all very thirsty and the party lasted 6 hours. They created a menu that was cohesive with our decor and communication was great. Her bar trailer didn't fit in our backyard but she was able to make adjustments and rent a bar instead, so she was very accommodating as well. Would recommend for your event!

We absolutely loved our experience with Shmayleys! We used their photo booth for our wedding and it was so much fun and such a hit with all our friends and family. They were so helpful from start to finish. They were all so pleasant to work with and really helped make our night extra fun :)

I worked with SHMAYLEYS twice during the summer of 2022. In July, she provided photobooth services at a July 4th party I planned. Everyone adored the photobooth - having both digital and print options was amazing, and she was so open to any ideas we had as far as decorating the trailer or offering our guests accessories for silly snapshots. In August, she again blew me away, providing an open Aperol Spritz bar and rolled ice cream station from the trailer. She brought along an excellent assistant, parked the trailer perfectly in my yard. and was the highlight of everyone’s evening. I can’t recommend SHMAYLEYS enough for parties of all shapes and sizes!

Hayley was an absolutely pleasure to work with. She is the kindest and sweetest person who genuinely cares about her clients. We rebooked our wedding several times due to Covid and Shmayleys was the last vendor we added on and I’m am so happy we did. She made my love of milkshakes a reality and even made them boozy. My guests are still talking about her ice cream truck months after our wedding. We couldn’t recommend booking Shmayleys for your event.
