I even asked about the bustle and was informed it should have been added when I ordered the dress. Due to this misinformation, I had to have a model come in to do a fitting with no apologies from the bridal shop. I am in my 3rd year of medical school so it is very difficult for me to come down if not planned in advance which was also discussed on the day I bought my dress. The alterations did not go smoothly. I was constantly told how this might look different on the model vs me. I was aware of that situation and me not being there was due to the bridal shop misinforming me. My experience felt as if is the bride is always wrong when I have been communicating with them constantly to ensure the dress would be the least stressful of all things about the wedding. I have poured thousands of dollars for 1 star service and that is so very disappointing.

to try on all the gowns was so kind and helpful. I knew this would be a task considering my petite frame. (No dress in the shops ever actually fit me.) Needless to say, I found THE ONE. It didn’t take long. I saw the dress on another girl who choose to purchase at a different store so they wouldn’t let me try it on there. Thankful Simply Elegant had it too! So it was a done deal for me, totally unlike anything I thought I would choose, but the perfect look for everything that is me. Not to mention my groom will be very pleased. Now to see how well the fitting goes!

as super excited, so she had my bridesmaids and i pick out dresses. We had so much fun. The appointment overall was amazing! After the appointment they called me when my veil came in. I went to pick it up the day that they called me and they couldn't find it for a little while. It wasn't a really big deal to me, but the same lady that did my appointment kind of acted like I was bothering them. She did the same thing when i went to pick up my dress. Overall - love the dresses. they were super elegant for a cheaper price tag, but their customer service after the initial appointment could use some work.

Also, if your bridesmaids live in other places they do not offer shipping. 5. The store clerk kept talking about how awful her wedding experience was and kinda put a damper on the shopping experience and then told the bride that nobody else has purchased the dress she picked, making her feel like something was wrong with it. 6. Then when we were trying on bridesmaids dresses all the sample sizes were size 2-4 and I am totally several sizes bigger (very obvious). I still tried them on anyway trying to be a good sport, but when I told her I couldn't fit into a size 2, she just stared at me with a blank stare and didn't say anything (super awkward). It didn't upset me about the size, but could have been handled so differently like all the other stores do. 7. When bride was looking for bridesmaids she was very adament that the color was most important to her and clerk said that only one brand came in that color, but still proceded to have us try on like 10 misc brands that didn't offer that color. When we questioned her she had us look at other color options and then argued over what the colors was 8. When veil arrived the same clerk told bride not to take it out of the box (super weird because what if something was wrong with it)The only reason the bride got her dress from here was because it was the only store that carried it locally. The only good thing about this situation is that as a bridesmaid I don't have to work with them. Bridal suite in pcola is way better
