From the beginning Laura was always available to answer questions about the wedding planning process and provided guidance throughout. Laura attended vendor meetings with us, took detailed notes, and reminded us if we needed to follow up or provide additional information. She was always available, any day and at any time, and was always pleasant to work with even when I (the bride) got frustrated with things outside of my control. When our stationary vendor fell through, Laura quickly pulled together beautiful programs, menus, timelines and other stationary pieces that saved the day. During the day of the wedding, Laura and her team took care of everything so diligently. Any small problem that came up was handled before I even knew about it. She did a FANTASTIC job. She and her team were always professional and poised. I know my family and I are very grateful to have found Simply Events - and Laura. Hiring them was the best decision we made.

he girls at Simply Events were always quick to reply and thorough with communications over phone, e-mail, text messages, etc. The last month or so of communications with the wedding vendors were all through Laura, which made things much easier on our end. On the day of the wedding, Laura and her team made sure everyone knew where they had to be, that everything looked fantastic, and that we kept to a rough schedule. My friends kept commenting on how I was the least stressed bride they had seen, which was definitely in part due to knowing I could trust Laura to keep everything running smoothly! ng planing, the need for a professional wedding coordinator became obvious. Simply Events came to our rescue taking care of every last detail. We cannot thank Laura (Our Coordinator) and Catie enough for all they did to make my daughter and her husband's special day all they hoped it would be. We contracted for "Day Of" services, but the father of the bride (my husband) ended up in the emergency room just days before the wedding. One call to the coordinator was all it took for them to step in and add services the family had planned on handling. They picked up on all that needed to be done and went above and beyond all our expectations to make sure all preparations were completed and the wedding and reception went off without a single hitch. We don't know what we would have done if not for Simply Events and cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

For example...she took care of handing out the tips to the vendors and making sure the vendors got meals and all the behind the scenes stuff that the bride and her family shouldn't have to deal with the day of the wedding. The ONLY complaint I have is that I feel there may have been too many girls/coordinators at the reception itself that they may have been talking and missed a few MINOR details. For example i have a ton of matches and candy sticks left over because they were not refilled throughout the night. But other than this small detail they made the night run so smooth! In terms of dealing with all the vendors, I honestly don't think I could have done it without Catie and her team. Once you start dealing with vendors for your wedding you will understand how amazing this service is. The week of the wedding I didn't hear from one vendor because Catie took over as the contact. This allowed me to focus on my family and the excitement of the wedding week! The final thing that I think makes Simply Events worth every penny is the fact that Catie and her team set up everything. I've been to weddings where I had to help the bride and groom set up their ceremony and reception sites the day of the wedding, and let me tell you that is the last thing a bride and groom should be doing on their wedding day. Having the Simply Events team do this for me made it possible for me to relax the morning of my wedding and spend time with my family and bridesmaids. Seriously, make room in your budget for Simply Events. I would sacrifice extra flowers and decorations for Catie and the Simply Events team. In the end you won't remember all the details but you will remember how you felt. Let Simply Events take the pressure off so you can enjoy your day!

Many wedding planners are left scrambling last minute to finish, Catie was not one of these planners...she was on it bright and early that morning. She is also so friendly and down to earth, making working with her a total breeze. I really look forward to working with them again in the future.

Let's fast forward to the week of my wedding... I (the bride) was calm as a cucumber with nothing running through my veins but pure excitement! After all the "week of" horror stories I heard I did not know this feeling was possible. Catie is who I have to thank. Catie's service cannot wear a pricetag. Throughout the months I worked with Catie she would communicate with me often. She reminded me of all my important meetings and checked up with me to make sure I was getting everything done on my end... all while keeping all my vendors in line. Catie took the Bridezilla role so I wouldn't have to! When the photographer and photo booth made some pretty big errors..she was the one to fix it. When the florist wanted to use a flower that I didn't like, Catie called and told her not to use it! She is someone you can trust! The day of, I gave Catie the keys to our hotel room. I didn't think she would need them much, but as the evening continued there were many things I unexpectedly needed... one being a change of shoes. During dinner she went up to my room and through my suitcase to grab another pair of higher heels that enabled me to have a successful first dance without tearing my dress. Honestly, there's nothing I could really say that would come close to describing just how amazing Catie is. She was BY FAR the best investment we made on our wedding. My dad even gave her a 10/10 in his personal rankings... until Catie he has NEVER rated someone higher than a 7/10. I will be recommending Simply Events LLC to every person I know. Make room in your budget for Catie. She will provide you with the most priceless feeling a bride and groom can get... the ability to enjoy every second of the most amazing day of your life without any hesitations, worries, or cares.
