Skip and his family were great to work with. They worked with our budget and helped us make a great menu. I was disappointed in the small portions we received, it wasn't exactly what we had decided on per our agreement and that the staff star...ted an argument with one of the wedding party members when his son didn't receive food. They also fed the entire staff of our facility without our knowledge even though they promised us all food was ours and no food would be distributed to non wedding guest members. Over all the food was delicious and I would recommend them!
