upgraded to a 20 or so person bus. Our driver was great. Only bummer is that if you need to call the driver, you must call their hot line in which we weren’t able to get ahold of anyone; granted it was around 11:45 pm, but we thought someone would answer. Someone emailed us the Monday after our event to check if everything went well and also informed us our deposit will be returned. Overall, we’re happy with the service provided.

We booked SLO Safe Ride to transport our wedding guests after our reception. They were easy to work with, the drivers were great, and everything ran right on schedule. They even made an extra trip to make sure everyone got home safely.

ck up times, our driver was incredibly punctual. She was also good at contacting me to let me know where she was since one of our pick up locations was a busy downtown area. She was also very kind and helpful. The bus was very clean, had a great sound system that you could Bluetooth connect to, and had waters provided for the bridal party. I would definitely recommend SLO Safe Ride!

O Safe Ride and would recommend to others. The vehicles were clean, seemed well-maintained, and the drivers (Sonia, Tye, and Ryan) were courteous, on schedule, safe in their driving.
The process to booking with SLO Safe Ride was also relatively smooth. We say relatively because it wasn't always the easiest to correspond with the SLO Safe Ride team, but not to the point where it was a major problem. SLO Safe Ride uses a single GMail address and my experience suggests that it's a collective team effort to respond to emails. In other words, we did not work with a single point of contact, which was a bit frustrating. At times, during normal business hours, some of my calls have gone unanswered.
Process aside, we were very satisfied and would certainly utilize SLO Safe Ride again should we have a need in the future.
