OUR STORY BEGINS WITH A PASSION FOR BBQ

Since hitting the road in 2017 we deliver an authentic smoked BBQ experience where the customers see, smell and taste the subtle smoke. BBQ is not a new phenomenon, however using modern smoking techniques and equipment, Smoke & Squeal takes comfort food to new heights. Pulled pork and brisket is a staple on the menu, however bringing cuts of meat like short ribs and pork belly will add an excitement not seen in the RI market. Smoke & Squeal is not BBQ, it is Smoked BBQ, smoking the meat instead of just throwing it in the oven makes our BBQ the best around.

Smoke and squeal provided great, friendly service at Our wedding and did everything safely during the times of COVID. One of the most common comments from our wedding was that everyone loved the food! Would totally recommend!!!

dding. Also, if you have any hesitation because you think it won't be high end enough for an event, you shouldn't. Adam and his team were amazing. They were very professional and friendly and I felt they went the extra mile to set up their table beautifully. I highly recommend them!

Smoke & Squeal catered our backyard wedding for 140 people and they did a great job. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was delicious, lots of people went for seconds and they all said its the best wedding food they’ve ever had!

ugh our options, was respectful of our budget, answered questions we didn't even know we needed to ask, and was very personable to work with. He looked at the reception spot early on with us and helped us make decisions about the location of the food truck and bar, and helped us plan the timing of the meal. Our helpers were a little behind with preparation, and Adam graciously jumped in to help. Adam is very professional and a fun personality to work with! And then there's the food...it is incredible! In addition to the buffet style we used at the reception and the sandwiches from the food truck window style we used at the rehearsal dinner, we have enjoyed trying many of Smoke & Squeal BBQ's offerings at other venues. Every meal we have had has been delicious! We highly recommend Adam and Smoke & Squeal BBQ!

I can’t recommend Adam and Smoke and Squeal enogh! We got married at Night Shift brewery in Everett, MA and we were set on having a food truck. We must have tried at least two dozen different ones. Adam hands down has the best bbq in the area. ...
The second we had his brisket chimichangas we knew we had to have him. Adam was knowledgeable about weddings/events and really helpful in finalizing our menu. I was worried about lines and Adam suggested a buffet outside the food truck which worked perfectly! No lines but we kept the food truck feel which was really important. Adam also went above and beyond with lisencing and dealing with local regulations. I can’t recomend Smoke and Squeal and Adam enough. He was such a joy to work with and we can’t wait to see him at our favorite spots again!

Adam Batchelder
Owner
Adam Batchelder, a veteran of the United State Marine Corps Reserve, served in Operation Iraqi Freedom in motor transportation, achieving the rank of corporal before his discharge. During Adam’s reserve service he was also enrolled at Johnson & Wales, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts in 2006. Since that time he has become an accomplished Executive Chef, Culinary Instructor and Food Service Director for a multi-national company. We believe in using quality ingredients, and supporting ethical farming and our local community. Every effort is made to source our foods locally
