the food - from appetizers to salad to the meal. Sharon Snuffin's helped us select our place settings, rose gold utensils, table cloths and napkins too. We had so much positive feedback from our 250 guests about the food, decor, and service. Most importantly our daughter (gluten free) and new son-in-law loved the food and were energized to dance the night away! Snuffin's attention to every detail was appreciated by this Mom of the Bride and all of our guests.

up a huge basketful of leftovers for us to take with us (including wrapping up two of our cupcakes to enjoy later as well). Planning the wedding with them was great as well. I didn't have a huge vision and am not a big event planner, and they made it simple (and dare I say, fun?) to pick out cutlery, plates, napkins and, of course, food. I knew they were totally prepared and professional and had no concerns whatsoever about them being ready and on top of things on our wedding day.

She was always willing to answer any question or change things around as new ideas or issues popped up down to the last minute. They have amazing buffet packages to choose from and there are so many additional options. Everything we tried was to die for. Mandy was the head staff member during our wedding, and she was phenomenal! She was there keeping me calm before the wedding and after...a total calm in the face of my OH NO I FORGOT...storm of panic. The food was melt in your mouth, delicious, perfect and leaves you craving for more. We wish we could go back to our reception just for the food. Everyone was impressed with Snuffin's and we can't rave about them enough! Highly recommended!! If you want utter perfection for your guests then Snuffin's is the place to go.

station, the slider station, and the tuscan vegetable station. All very delicious! For apps, we had the blackberry/brie tart, sun-dried tomato tart, and smoked salmon/cucumber bites. These were amazing! I thought maybe having two tarts was going to be strange, but they were so different in flavor, that it turned out great. We were both very impressed with how well the whole dinner turned out! We worked with Jennifer, who made us feel very good about the whole thing. She was very easy going and gave us recommendations when we asked. Snuffin's is really great, they know what they are doing, and make your experience very enjoyable!

The extra special thing about Snuffin's is that they put together a to-go basket for the bride and groom to enjoy once they are back at their hotel...it's fantastic! And finally, the staff. The staff is exceptional. They are attentive to not only the bride and groom, but all guests. They do an excellent job with setting up all of the tables. And they move mountains to make sure that all of your details are managed (for instance, one of the staff stood over our cake with an umbrella as it started to rain - wow!). I highly recommend the gorgonzola and pistachio crostinis and bacon-wrapped tots for your appetizers. And while the beef is ah-mazing, our guests RAVED over the Tuscany chicken. I also highly recommend attending one of their open houses! You are able to taste a lot of their food and meet some local vendors, too.

Our linen rental and set up was spot on! Our guests just raved about the quality and quanity of the food! We had some hearty eaters and they were very happy that they could go back for seconds! The staff was very friendly and attentive. My daughter and her husband were so pleased! It really was a perfect day!

The on-site grilled flank steak couldn’t have been more tender or the chicken more moist. We received so many compliments on all of the food items - from the appetizers down to the rolls. There is no question that Snuffin’s will be our go-to caterer for any future events!!

The food was so good that our guests couldn't believe it was gluten free. I've never loved gluten free food so much!!! You cannot go wrong with Snuffin's. Their food is amazing, their staff is incredible, and they will make your wedding day a breeze. They even made my husband and I a little to-go basket full of food for when we got to our hotel that night. Seriously, there aren't enough words to do this business justice. Weeks after our wedding, people are still telling us how good the food was! Go with Snuffin's. You won't regret it!

They also worked with our venue (Historic 1625) frequently, so Jennifer and the venue coordinated behind the scenes, leaving my husband and I to be able to actually enjoy our wedding and spend time with our guests, rather than worry about the details. for our guests. We decided to rent an oven so that our salmon could be cooked on site and served hot - which was very important to us. We are so happy we did this, definitely worth the small added cost. Our grilled veggies were also able to be cooked on site. Besides the salmon and grilled veggies, we also had prime rib and an orzo pasta salad with roasted potatoes. So many people said they loved the orzo salad. It was a crowd pleaser! Everything went perfectly on our wedding day. All of the food was as we requested, and the staff were professional and friendly. We received many compliments on the food during and after the wedding. They even packed us a to-go basket to enjoy later that evening. We also were able to take some left overs home to share with family who were visiting from out of town. I also felt that they were reasonably priced for the top notch services they provide and quality of food. We are so pleased with our decision to hire Snuffin's for our wedding.

options to choose from. Payments were convenient and each time we dropped a check off the staff greeted us warmly. Three weeks before our big day we were invited to a fall menu tasting and when my fiancé decided on a different menu than the initial one, changing the menu was extremely easy. Jennifer and her staff made our big day run without a flaw. They came in and set everything up at Thornewood Castle (the two have a fantastic working relationship by the way) while guests arrived and we married in the garden. Once the ceremony was over Jennifer immediately greeted my wife and I to offer us wine- which we needed after crying like girls! Upon arrival to our table we had appetizers waiting for us and dinner- DELICIOUS. Our guests raved on how delicious everything was and how the bartender kept them topped off all night. The servers made their ways around the tables to see if our guests were doing well and even served my grandma a gluten free dish tableside. And after dinner? No worries on the clean up! They take out the trash for you! If I could do it all over again, I would choose snuffins in a heartbeat! Thank you Jennifer and staff for making our big day so wonderful! They made us a basket to take home of all the food which was awesome because they even packed some cute snacks from the snack bar my aunts put together (that I didnt get to try at the wedding).Annie even helped me figure out logistics for a rain plan and the seating chart. Annie and her team went above and beyond to help me and I am forever grateful.

We settled on a buffet style dinner: Cheese tortellini in Alfredo, chicken simmered in tomatoes and artichokes, Caesar salad, bread, and punch (we provided the beer and wine). It was delicious! I had one guest that had a gluten allergy, and when I asked if she could have a special dinner they said it wasn’t a problem, and she was served a plate by the staff. Our caterer manager for the day-of made everything so easy and wonderful, and the servers and bartender were so nice and professional. Before we did dinner, we had a cocktail hour with appetizers (bacon jalapeno tots, pistachio/blue cheese toast things, and caprese salad on a skewer) and drinks while the wedding party did pics. I had a lot of friends say how great the food was afterward. Another thing I loved about Snuffins - they did a beautiful to-go basket for us to enjoy the next day filled with food from the party. Absolutely loved them and would recommend them to anyone!

lways got back to our emails really fast and didn't rush us when we first met and made a lot of decisions about the food, silverware etc. The food was delicious and all our guests loved it. I didn't hear anything bad! We actually had the basil salmon warm instead of served at room temperature and I'm so glad we did because it was delicious. My only small complaint was that they cut our cake into too big of slices. I also wish they would prepare a tasting of your own menu for you in addition or in replace of attending their open house food tasting. Other than that, they provided excellent customer service and I'm really glad Snuffin's catered our wedding!

ion Station which has a lot of unique challenges being a federal building (with no kitchen, mind you). Annie knew every nook and cranny and detail about our venue, was quick and responsive and truly became our mentor through the process. She managed setup and takedown of the space, the big majority of our rentals, and helped us through SO many logistical questions. And the food...WOW. It was truly incredible. I've been to a ton of weddings serving a buffet before and this hands down was the best (i'm not just saying that to be biased, and yes I did actually get to eat!). Everyone said the same thing (i saw a few pics of full plates on Instagram raving about how great the food was). The service staff was on top of their game, they made a point to bring the bridal party appetizers and drinks before the ceremony, and were SO sweet and nice--always a huge smile on their faces and incredibly professional. I really can't say enough incredible things about Snuffins. They are TOP of class and if we didn't have them, our wedding would not have been nearly as successful. No doubt in my mind that we will be using them again for any future event, big or small. We love Snuffins, thank you for being such a huge part of our day.

I had told her I knew my quotes were low but I was interested in SNUFFIN's because a friend recommended them. This is what I wrote back: "I told you what we were quoted, I never said it had to be that price. I said I know that most places are not that inexpensive... I wanted a quote from you guys, whatever it may of been because you were highly recommended. I am offended that instead of telling me a quote, you said, "We simply have a different style of catering than Christie. Best of Luck to you and have a wonderful wedding!". t up process was extremely streamlined, and clean up was incredible. Our grill was left cleaner than when we use it! Our garage area was used for set up and staging, and was swept out when they left. We did not have one complaint or concern. The food choices worked out great and everyone was commenting on how delicious it was and how nice the servers were. They were also the most expensive choice, but based on quality and our initial impression with several of the companies, we decided to go with them. Jennifer was our coordinator/point of contact, and she was great. She was very enthusiastic, and gave us very good advice on what would and wouldn’t work for what we wanted. They had a lot of experience with our venue (hence being one of their required caterers), and so Jennifer gave us good tips on how to lay out the room, and on décor (table linens and chargers and everything). That really helped us a lot, since we had to plan a lot of that over the one weekend we were back before the actual day. That took a lot of stress off me being worried about how everything was going to look. Then the actual day- they were fantastic. Seriously, the food was incredible. We went with the “Groom’s Choice” menu (I think that’s what it’s called) and it was soooo yummy!! Tri tip and Tuscan chicken… they grilled the steak on site, which was amazing… and then the chicken. Ok so it’s chicken, right? WRONG!!! It was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. It melted in my mouth. So good. And everything else was super yummy. Their staff was so wonderful- they kept following my husband and I around with trays of food, which was amazing. Any time we needed anything, one of the Snuffins staff was there to get another drink, something to eat, to clean up the glass that some drunk person dropped on the dance floor… they were everywhere, but not in an overpowering way. Like I said, they were definitely an expensive option, but the food and service really were amazing. We would recommend them :)

fin’s on a Saturday during August – I know… what was I thinking? It would be like calling a restaurant at noon or 6pm?! I think they had 5 events or something that day. Of course Sharon answered the phone herself – I think I remember realizing after calling that it was probably an insane day to call and you would have never known. She was simply wonderful to me and I told her what was going on in my life and I really just needed to get an idea of costs and gave her some basic information – she emailed me the next day which was Sunday before I made it back to Eastern Washington. I was impressed! Before the wedding we visited Sharon a couple times to do a tasting and make some selections for some dessert displays. They were always so helpful and accommodating – come wedding day it just continued. Sharon walked through to check on everything, their staff was fabulous and the food…. Maybe the best chicken ever… I was everything we had heard and more. We actually had friends and family call us the next day to let us know they were so impressed with the food. To Sharon, and the rest of the Snuffin’s Team – THANK YOU very much for the wonderful food and service you provided our guests!!

We were first skeptical that the venue had a list of caterers that you had to choose from, but after going through the list and landing on Snuffin's Catering and wanting to see what they were about. We couldn't of been more pleased they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The staff was professional, our planner Jennifer even came home two days early just to make sure our special day ran smoothly, that is commendable in any aspect! The food was a topic of conversation throughout the night and they even made a to go basket with everything featured and utensils to match for my new bride and I to enjoy the next day. in on a busy weekend day. We even took the wrong ferry and Sharon was absolutely workable around her busy schedule with events during the day. She showed us her extremely clean and beautiful kitchen, her staff, food, preparations and decorations during the consultation and spent a lot of time with us going through practical yet elegant options for cutlery, décor, and food. The food….hands down amazing! The samples/tasting was to die for! We decided to go with the Northwest Italiano Dinner Buffet package/dish option with Gorgonzola crackers and prongs. During the planning and prep, Sharon was always prompt with responses and ensured we were able to work out all the payments within our budget. On the day of the wedding Sharon was not supervising the staff, however you would’ve thought she was over everyone’s shoulders ensuring it was the best wedding anyone had been too. The staff was just as friendly and professional as she was, showing a true and healthy reflection throughout her business. The staff was extremely attentive to not just the wedding party, but the guests at every corner, plus I always had a scotch in my hand! Snuffins Catering is worth every penny and is a must have to share the experience with. Our wedding ended up being one of the greatest I have ever seen due to vendors such as Snuffins. Definitely consider this professional for your special day, business conferences, or other large events.

Suddenly we found ourselves without a venue and even though it was a Sunday, Sharon started reaching out to all her venues to try to find a place that could fit us in at such short notice. We ended up having the wedding at TAM-thank you Sharon from the bottom of my heart for saving the day and relieveing the stress. Snuffins was on top of our event at every phase and when the day arrived-I couldn't have been happier at the level of service, professionalism and quality of food that they brought to the table. The bottom line-not only was the food outstanding and very impressive but the attention to detail and the customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We later returned for a food tasting and they sold us on their amazing presentation and delicious samples of possible options at our wedding. From there we sat and went over in detail and sculpted a menu that we felt was perfect for us and were supported by Sharon in all of our decisions, we never felt once that we were trying to be up sold or talked into anything that we didn't want. Snuffin's took the reigns from there and we had not to worry at all after that and when we showed up to our celebration our expectations could not have been more succeeded. The Snuffin's staff took it upon themselves to make sure that we were taken care of first and had us go through the food line and escorted our food to our table to make sure we ate before the festivities began. It was a life saver and allowed Sarah and I to eat before getting whisked away into the fun filled night without a thing in our bellies. From the bar staff, to the servers, and the chefs who prepared our food, all provided great service with a great attitude. We would highly recommend Snuffin's to anyone. When you eat from large buffets the food can be kind of bland, but their food was delicious! We had salmon and chicken marsala and they were reasonably priced and great! I would recommend Snuffins to anyone. They are very experienced, which allows you to relax, the servers could not have been better and the food is great tasting!

I had no worries or decisions to make regarding food or how to set up the tables. The Snuffin's staff ran the show and did an outstanding job. The staff also put together a basket for the bride and groom to take with them when they left that evening. At the end of the celebration, everything was taken care and I didn't have to give any directions. I LOVED Snuffin's as my caterer and will definitely call on them when we are doing another event.

ade was great!! The staff of Snufffins offered SO MUCH HELP. My daughter and her fiance got cupcakes and a small cake to serve and the cupcake stand wouldn't stand up correctly. Luckily, the staff of Snuffin jumped in to help. Our venue's air conditioning ended up not working, which we and Snuffins had no control over, but luckily Snuffins made sure our beverage table was always stocked and our guests could get some relief. As for value, Snuffins worked together with us in cutting the catering cost by allowing us to provide all the paper products and then some. In our family, we have many relatives in the cooking industry. It was really nice to have our family members enjoying the evening and not worrying about the food. I would highly recommend Snuffins and will definitely call on Snuffins again for our next big event. Thank you Sharon and the staff of Snuffins !!! You really made my daughter's wedding a SUCCESS !!! Also, my daughter and her husband loved the gift basket!!! Thank you 10x over!!!

ick out everything. Months later it was wedding time! Snuffins took the time to set up at a private home and made it feel special and fancy. Their food was delicious, the staff was fun and courteous, the bartenders didn't even complain we made them serve from a horse barn with horses! All our guests loved the food and Snuffins packed us a to-go picnic basket for my husband and I to eat at the hotel which was just wonderful. We were hungry and finally got to eat dinner! I can't recommend Snuffins enough, our entire experience was gorgeous and it is due so much to their help and Sharon Snuffin being flexible to work at a private home instead of a traditional venue. The wedding was great! We will absolutely use Snuffins again for our next party that requires catering.

Snuffin's doesn't hire just sixteen-year olds looking for a part time job, they were all professionals. We worked with Annie in the planning process, and she was great! Her responses were timely, truly CARING, and she wanted me to have exactly what I envisioned. On the day of the wedding Snuffin's staff took care of everything. They coordinated toasts with the DJ, and helped to make sure everything was running smoothly. I never had a worry in my mind about them! I highly recommend Snuffin's to any bride and groom! :)

verything and I do mean everything was AMAZING! Their customer service is top notch. Annie was our contact at Snuffins. She had a wonderful way of making the vision of the bride become reality, while helping the parents relax and enjoy the event! Her kindness and welcome smile was so nice when little things came up from the planning stage until the van was loaded at the end of the wedding day! She was very considerate of our budget and made suggestions that helped save money without compromising the bride's vision; we had two planning sessions with food tasting to finalize our selections. On the wedding day the food was displayed in such a beautiful way, the servers were friendly and our guests commented over and over how GREAT the food was! Everything was incredible, the table settings were so beautiful! The Prime Rib was perfect...we also chose Chicken Piccata which was very moist with a rich buttery lemon sauce, the roasted vegetables were delicious as was everything else! In summary, if you are looking for AMAZING customer service at a very competitive price along with delicious food l would say look no further than Snuffin's! (The cost per person was on the lower end of the range selected above).

with Snuffin's! They showed us all the kitchens, supplies and then the tasting! It went beautifully. They have many services, items to choose from and work with you in many ways. It was just a bit too expensive for our budget. It was about double our budget. However if you have the ability for that cost, I would HIGHLY recommend Snuffin's Catering!

set-up elegant. We were especially pleased to see the basket of goodies when we came back from our hotel. It was such a nice treat to get to taste the dinner once again, and to have a piece of cake! Such a lovely touch. Thank you for all of your help in creating a perfect day for us.

planning our event. On our wedding day the serving team was very responsive to mine and my new husband’s needs and had food ready and waiting for us, including a take away basket. Being my own wedding planner Sharon offered many suggestions to help things look a little better and run a little smoother! Sharon usually requires the use of a certain rental company, in order to assure proper infrastructure. I had already booked my rental company at the time of meeting Sharon, and she was willing to work with them, but my advice would be to use the rental company Sharon likes to use and avoid some of the snags I hit.
