d NOT have a character limit! And no one at their company notified me that my message was too long. They never emailed me before shipping out my order. If my message was too long at least communicate with me before shipping out my order. This is my first & LAST time ordering anything from them. The lady I spoke with over the phone was so unprofessional and she was talking to me like what do you want me to do about it type of attitude. When I explained to her how important the card was I would get no response. Put a character limit on your website to avoid this in the future. Its that simple! I had to use Microsoft Word to type up the message myself. I added roses as the border and brought a red envelope. Crazy. I should get some type of refund for having to do this myself! That's what I paid them for! Never again!

ative estimate, and even if they arrived on Saturday I'd be okay. Jessica was able to help me and overnighted a package FREE OF CHARGE to be delivered the day before my wedding. Lots of things go haywire the week of your wedding... but this was quickly and easily handled with zero fuss. Cannot recommend a company higher than this. THANK YOU TO JESSICA AND THE TEAM!

I'm so disappointed, my sparklers didn't work. I don't recommend. My photographer and my husband and I tried to light the sparklers for a photo on our wedding date, and they didn't light!
