Sp far so good! Ordering was smooth and I got 20% off for signing up with my email. Shipping was like $10 for 8 day shipping. Fingers crossed!

Ordering was super easy and much cheaper with the 20% discount. The person we originally hired couldn’t do it for us so hopefully this order will be here in time for our wedding. Fingers crossed thy get here by the date I paid for which is 10/9. I also like the extra gift we will receive.

Ordered sparklers on 09/03/25, have not received shipping confirmation for the merchandise paid for. It's been 9 days (7 business) days with no update. Site says fast but the service received to date says otherwise.

When I used Apple Pay it had my old address so I called them immediately. Took awhile to actually get a person and she said she would walk over and pull the shipping label because it was already created. Got an email from Jeremy stating that he changed my shipping address and even wrote out where it was going in TN which was correct. I thanked him and now I come to find out that the same person who emailed me confirmed that it went to the old MS address. My daughter’s wedding is in 13 days and I’m pissed.

I ordered the I love you Flowers as a birthday gift and my order arrived WITHOUT THE CARD. I spoke with a woman over the phone regarding this issue and she said if the message was too long they didn't even bother typing it up. But their site did NOT have a character limit! And no one at their company notified me that my message was too long. They never emailed me before shipping out my order. If my message was too long at least communicate with me before shipping out my order. This is my first & LAST time ordering anything from them. The lady I spoke with over the phone was so unprofessional and she was talking to me like what do you want me to do about it type of attitude. When I explained to her how important the card was I would get no response. Put a character limit on your website to avoid this in the future. Its that simple! I had to use Microsoft Word to type up the message myself. I added roses as the border and brought a red envelope. Crazy. I should get some type of refund for having to do this myself! That's what I paid them for! Never again!

We ordered the 20 inch sparklers and they were running a promo where they included some 10 inch sparklers for us as well! They came in on time and we even got the bucket to hold the sparklers which matched our rustic romantic look! Made the perfect grand exit for our wedding and we are so happy that we ordered them!

Incredible next-level top-notch customer service. Jessica helped me on the website chat. I ordered 144 wedding sparklers with an estimated delivery date the day before my wedding. I probably should've known better but I figured it was a conservative estimate, and even if they arrived on Saturday I'd be okay. Jessica was able to help me and overnighted a package FREE OF CHARGE to be delivered the day before my wedding. Lots of things go haywire the week of your wedding... but this was quickly and easily handled with zero fuss. Cannot recommend a company higher than this. THANK YOU TO JESSICA AND THE TEAM!

I'm so disappointed, my sparklers didn't work. I don't recommend. My photographer and my husband and I tried to light the sparklers for a photo on our wedding date, and they didn't light!
