Kim is a perfectionist and created a beautiful suite. Each piece is a little different. It was still a lot of work to provide all the information for the invitations but Kim provides forms and is always communicating back with questions or answers to your questions. We had full control over wording, placement and fonts and appreciated all the feedback. Before we went with Spun Gold Creations we looked at all the other online choices. We liked some of the designs but when you starting looking at all the pieces that went with the design, there was always something that didn't work, especially the RSVP cards. I thought full custom would be so expensive but the prices at Spun Gold Creations are competitive if not a little less than the big invitation vendors and you get exactly what you need for your wedding. In addition, there is the option to continue the theme into the wedding day with place cards, table numbers, seating charts and ceremony programs which we will be adding.

At some point I informed her I was having doubts about the invitations we had picked as there was a possibility the wedding was not going to happened on the rescheduled date. She worked with us and redesigned the original invitations we had originally picked to ones that were more simple and affordable but still very nice. We had to reschedule our date yet again and I did not wanted to get another set of invitations printed like we did with the save the dates which I ended up not being able to use. So Kim worked with us once more and printed correction decals for my current invitations which was a lot more affordable than reprinting them again. And since they were printed with the same paper and ink as the original invitations, it is barely noticeable. The invitations are not cheap. But you get your money’s worth. I am sure if you have a somewhat tight budget, she would probably have some more affordable options. If you want to make a statement with you invites and have the budget for it, this is the way to go. Kim was awesome. Very professional. And always answered my emails right away which was very much appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about Kim and would highly recommend her.

She was beyond patient with us. Both my fiance and I had no idea there were so many decisions to be made, and Kim was so good with us. She showed us different save the date and invitation styles, colors, ink colors, glitter colors, foil colors, and font style and colors. We were all set thanks to her. After leaving of course I was having second thoughts. The next day I email Kim expressing my concerns and thoughts and she helped to create our save the dates and a new invitation with what I was thinking. I got to see the new templates before they went to press and they were perfect. Then we got the dreaded email saying that the foil and glitter that we wanted for our save the dates and invitations both were not available. Kim went above and beyond with sending photos and samples, and getting another foil and glitter to match our design for the save the dates and invitations. I'm not going to lie, I was very nervous when I got the email with the picture of the finished product. I almost did not want to open the attached photo because of all the changes that we had to make. When I opened the attachment, I was blown away with how beautiful everything came out. I could not wait to see them in person. The day we went to go and pick everything up I was speechless. The finished product was absolutely more perfect than I could have ever expected!! I cannot thank Kim enough for everything she did for us!! Of course due to Covid-19 we do have to reorder our invitations, but Kim couldn't be anymore accommodating!! The invitations actually came in earlier than anticipated, so that was also a plus!
