improvement. The lady always seems to rush me during our appointments and didn't make me feel like an important customer. She also gave me a different quote for the delivery 3 times. She seems rude and abrupt but I think that is just how she is.

I knew nothing about flowers, but left it up to Kathleen at Stanley Ito Florists and they essentially took care of everything for me, at a really reasonable rate!

They gave me exactly what I wanted when there were things that I was specific about and whatever I left up to them to do it all came out very nice.;make sure you know your flowers that you use for bouquets and make sure you have somewhere cool...
