Nestled on the outskirts of Atlanta, Stonehedge House is a wedding and event venue situated in historic, downtown Buford, GA. Originally built in 1903, this breathtaking estate combines retro luxury with modern sophistication. The property features more than two acres of magnolia and champion trees, versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces, and newly updated amenities. Airy and open, this estate is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a spectacular event curated with Southern charm. Weddings at Stonehedge House begin in the palatial get-ready suite, where you and your wedding party can get dressed, sip cocktails, and be pampered. This 2,000-square-foot dressing room is elegantly designed with a neutral palette and set with vintage-inspired furnishings. The house itself has multiple sitting rooms where your loved ones can gather to socialize before the festivities. Each of these rooms is awash in history and tasteful décor that reflect the building’s storied past. Outside, you and your partner will find a selection of ceremony locations, including under a white gazebo, a stone patio or the lush lawn. Afterward, retire to the indoor dining room with adjacent patio for dancing under the stars. Stonehedge House offers affordable micro-weddings and cost-saving, all-inclusive packages that can be tailored to your needs and can include custom florals, music/DJ services, linens, backdrops, centerpieces, ceremony and reception décor, and more. The venue provides dining tables, hi-top tables and crystal Chiavari chairs. In case of inclement weather, a tent can be set up on the stone patio.

The catering was top-notch, with an abundance of delicious food options that satisfied even the pickiest of eaters. The wedding cake was especially noteworthy, both for its taste and presentation. ss out of our wedding planning. Regular planning sessions minimized our worry and confirmed that the team was attending to all the details for our event. They were always available to answer questions quickly and patiently. They resolved little issues (which are always inevitable with an event like this) in a timely manner and the result was a day we, our family and our friends will never forget. There was plenty of space for everything we needed and wanted and the venue didn't feel too big for our smaller event. Parking space was plentiful for our guests and there was ample space for our wedding parties to get ready in the main house and the second event building. A big thank you to the entire Stonehedge House team for everything they did to make our day so special and unforgettable and we recommend this event venue to others planning a wedding or other events.

the other thing that we loved was the fact that we were able to do things a little outside of tradition which was so different from just about every other venue that we had visited previously. Susan reminded us that it was our wedding day and we should have it exactly the way we wanted it (music to my ears). The bridal suite is AMAZING and spacious, you get the whole second floor to yourself. The groom’s quarters are also nice!! Most venues that we had visited gave the groom a room the size of a bathroom but at Stonehedge, the men got a spacious suite where they could play cornhole. We signed up for the all-inclusive package which made planning so much easier! The food was delicious! The DJ & photographer were amazing! From the day that we met Susan down to our wedding day, she worked so hard to make our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be even down to helping our photographer with locating the best places to take pictures at the venue. y of room for all of our guests. The bridal suite is killer with a huge room for the bride & also a huge room for the bridesmaids, with a bathroom, sitting room, and a balcony. The grooms suite is a huge open area that has tv’s, stereo system, couches, corn hole boards, lots of space, and a huge balcony for the guys to hangout as well. There is nothing I would change about our day all thanks to the Stonehedge House team!

iful I’ve been to. The grounds are spacious and peaceful. The bridal suite gave us plenty of room and privacy as we prepared for the day. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. Hope to attend many more events here in the future.
