I needed to know about planning a destination wedding in a kind and patient manner and she made me so excited about my big day. I knew where I wanted my wedding to be, and she put me in touch with all of the right people at the resort. After providing her a list of all of my guests, she was incredibly thorough in reaching out to everyone and following up and providing impeccable detail. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty many times. The initial thought of getting my family organized and booked and answering all their questions was so daunting, but Carmen literally did everything. She was so kind and sweet and professional to all of my guests and everyone still raves about their interactions with her. As for me, she made my life so much easier and I actually enjoyed planning my wedding thanks to her. She was always available to answer questions and always responded in a timely manner. Definitely choose her to coordinate your destination wedding and to take care of your family and friends as if they were her own!

Sandals has 3 resorts in St. Lucia; Halcyon was exactly what we were looking for and matched Carmen's description. She was readily available to us by email & phone over the next several months and helped us arrange a day excursion and beach dinner. And we stayed within budget. They switched our flight and took care of getting us a credit for the hotel (we had insurance). I can't say enough good things about Suntastic! She provided great recommendations and actually took the time to listen to us and answer all of our questions. I'm pretty sure she was on the phone with us entertaining all of my questions for over an hour! Ultimately, we decided on Riviera Maya, Mexico and were so happy with our choice. ce we picked a resort, we picked a date, and saved rooms for guests. She sent out invitations to book rooms via e-mail and sent out travel packets prior to wedding date. She saved me a lot of stress because my wedding guests would book the rooms through her and asked her all the questions about the resort. Imagine planning a wedding and also being your wedding guest's travel agent? No thank you! With Carmen she was the go to person with travel arrangements from hotel stay to hotel transfer. She was very well organized and thorough! Which is exactly what you need when traveling. A friend of mine had a destination wedding and also had a travel agent but her travel agent wasn't nearly as organized and didn't seem to be sure about all the information. Long story short, some people showed up to the resort only to find out that their names weren't even in the reservations so other guests had to find some place else to stay!! HORROR! not something you want your guests to deal with during your wedding week, especially since they came all this way.. One stressful factor during the whole experience was blocking rooms. I had blocked 15 rooms expecting only 40-50 guests to come. Well 80 guests came and we weren't able to block more rooms because 90% of the guests booked their room a week before the deadline. I would encourage reminding guests to place deposit to save a room ASAP and not a week before the deadline so you Carmen can better gauge how many more rooms need to be added. Overall, it was a great experience.

My only regret was not going for a longer period of time. I am so thankful for Carmen and her expertise because without her, we would have never come across this destination.
