Paul, the bakery manager, helped take my order, but the other staff was very helpful and kind too. We put our cake ordering off until only a few weeks before the wedding since we knew we were getting it at a grocery store to save money and some... don't take orders too far in advance. Originally we were going to order from walmart, but one day I stopped and looked at Super Saver, got pricing, and found out they make their own cakes from scratch. They do not buy pre-made cakes like a lot of grocery stores do and it was DELICIOUS! some of the best cake I have ever had, and no on we had not told suspected it wasn't from an actual specialty bakery. Paul also went ABOVE AND BEYOND in customer service - he helped create samples for us ont he fly and helped us mix and match unique flavor pairings to accomodate what we wanted. We ended up doing a round two tier cake in the center, all white with white butter cream, and then two partial double layer sheet cakes. They decorated the sheet cakes to match the elegant design of our round cake. It really helped that the sheets were doubled in height because it matched our round so much better and looked a lot classier. They even delivered it several miles and set it up for only $30! I definitely have a great and surprising respect for this hidden gem! Even with delivery and a fancy cake topper we spent about $190 for 150 people.
