Went to a bridal show yesterday at the IX center in Cleveland Ohio and we came across a lot of bakery’s and “Susan” said “all things must go! I don’t want to take anything home with me!” She gave me a free sample because I was the bride however...
she refused one to my fiancé. The cupcakes were bite sized so it’s not like we could really share them it was more of a sampler box for one person hence why we asked for a second one for my fiancé which then she immediately refused… just saying if you want Business sometimes you need to give out a few freebies every now and then. And Susan‘s sugar and spice is a piss poor business practice. Definitely will NOT be considering for any wedding events. No snobby vendors for me thanks!

show. We made over 7,500 cupcakes and at the end of the night, there were no boxes left. That is more that giving out "a few freebies", and I would bet no other vendor gave out as much as we did.
My original wedding date was 12/12/20, we booked in February. Due to covid, we postponed the wedding until 8/21/21.. she agreed to the date change and confirmed via email. Over several months we contacted Susan by phone and email with no respon...

This all happened within a month of my wedding, if it weren't for my family I probably wouldn't have had a cake at my wedding. On top of that, the refund was requested in the beginning of July and never received it. Finally after a month the refund came after another email was sent. I cannot recommend at all.
