Laura was very informative and honest in telling me some of my ideas wouldn’t turn out as good in person as they did in the very edited Pinterest pictures (darn filters!). I’m glad I took her advice because again, everything turned out amazing. I would work with them again in a heartbeat! Also, they have very good deals/specials when you book both their cake and flowers.

I didn’t try the cake until my wedding day and I was not disappointed. We plan on getting cake anytime we decide to have an anniversary down there as we didn’t drive the top layer back 20 hours to our place. My sisters in law were so obsessed with how good they are that my mother in law felt the need to call me to ask all the details! I would recommend them to everyone. Plus, I was able to get gluten free cupcakes for my dad so he could enjoy cake at my wedding and no one even knew they were gluten free because they were so good!

d they did a great job! We did a tasting with Sweet Dreams, which was nice, but the cake slices were clearly a day old or so. The actual cake and cupcakes at our wedding were much better. We chose the chocolate toffee for our wedding cake but also got red velvet, carrot cake, and chocolate toffee cupcakes. Honestly, we preferred the cupcakes over the cake, but the cake was a beautiful addition to our dessert table. Having just an elopement cake with cupcakes was a good choice for us. The tasting was also helpful for going over aesthetic and design choices. They definitely brought our design preferences to life in the final cake.

The day after our wedding, the owner had to deliver another cake to our wedding venue so she picked up the cake stand that we rented and took it with her so that we didn’t need to drive to Oakhurst. That was very generous of her and it saved us time to drive the cake stand back. We will definitely be ordering a cake from Sweet Dreams on our one year wedding anniversary!

Laura responded quickly to all of our questions, and her team did an amazing job of setting up the room. We came into the room and everything was magically done, we didn't have to worry about a thing. We will be ordering a small cake for our one year anniversary and probably another one every year!

t went with it coordinated perfectly with our decor. We ordered cupcakes for our guests and got lots of compliments on them. Laura even gave us the idea to have the cupcakes plated family style per table to help with Covid precautions. Our flowers were truly beautiful. We didn't have a huge budget, but Laura was really gracious and helpful with helping us figure out what we could do and we were really pleased with the results. We would absolutely recommend Sweet Dreams, we're so happy that they were a part of our special day!

dle. Our simple decoration request of a fresh raspberry on top of the vanilla cupcakes and toffee crumbles on top of the chocolate cupcakes was not done. There was no filling in the cupcakes. And the frosting was so dense it was not something a blind taster enjoyed let alone someone with their taste. I would have to say for our simple two tier cake as well the TINEST sliver of raspberry was present. Just wanted what was discussed and paid for. Hope other have better luck than we did with service and requests.

Our cake tasting experience was wonderful! Laura was prepared for our arrival and had a number of different samples for us to taste. Each sample tasted better than any cake we had ever had! We loved the cake so much, we ended up ordering a larger cake than we had thought we would need because we knew our guests would have more than one slice (and we were right)! Everyone LOVED the cake! Once we finished tasting cake, we talked flowers and boutonniere. Laura knows flowers and is incredible at taking an idea and photo and turning it into a beautiful bouquet! I had an idea of what I wanted included in the bouquet and Laura assured us that she had flowers and roses that would fit perfectly with my idea. On our wedding weekend, I had my best friends pick up the flowers and cake and immediately had text messages about how beautiful they all were! My bouquet turned out more beautiful than I could imagine and was sooo much better than the photo I had showed her. It complimented my dress and the backdrop of Yosemite perfectly! Our cake decoration was all that we wanted and more. The same flowers that were in my bouquet were delicately placed on the cake in a dreamy and perfect way! If you are looking for an easy, stress free vendor to help with cake, flowers, or both, look no further! Laura and her team will be the best decision you make!

to drive to Oakhurst, but it was worth it. I used the for both my flowers and my cake. My now husband didn’t really want to help out, so my mom and sister came with me. I hired this place before COVID, so we had been able to try just about every flavor of cake. I went with four layers alternating vanilla toffee cream and chocolate toffee cream. My husband doesn’t like fruit and loves chocolate. We had tried their cake when we went to the Fresno Bridal show that January so we already knew their cakes were really good. I saw a picture of one of their cakes on the wall and loved the design. She said she could do it and alter it to match my theme. In the end the cake was extremely beautiful. I just with more people at my wedding got to eat/try it since our planner didn’t really get it served to people (not anyway Sweet Dreams fault). The flowers I told her what kind I like. My favorite flower are day lilies. Theme was all shades of green so she said white lilies would be easy and perfect to do. I like carnations better than roses so we used more carnations than roses. I didn’t really get to see what it was going to look like, but it ended up being more beautiful than I could have imagined. So our venue got cancelled 25 days before our wedding. We moved it from Fresno to my future brother-in-law’s land up in Tollhouse. I explained to them what happened and they were very accommodating. They asked if I needed to add/change my order. I ended up added I few more flower decorations and let them know it was now outdoors. I forgot to decreased the amount of cake since we were having half the amount of guests say yes to coming, but that was my fault and that meant more cake for me. Overall, everything was wonderful and I would recommend this place to anyone getting married. I recommended them to my sister, but she used places her husband’s family used and I know she regretted it.
