The carelessness of the owner nearly sent me to the hospital on my wedding night. In placing our order three separate people made it clear (verbally and in writing) that the carrot cake needed to be NUT FREE. Fast forward to our reception with ...my husband feeding me the first bite, everyone watching, and me having to turn and run from him to go spit it out because I crunched into a nut. Even with a high dose of Benadryl I still had swelling. Not so great for wedding night romance. I'm just incredibly lucky that I noticed it right away and didn't end up in the hospital. To make matters worse, it has been almost two weeks and she refuses to address the messages left, no apology or corrective action. Completely untrustworthy.
