Our wedding vibe was vintage/Victorian, and Swoon Vintage Rentals really helped bring this vision to life. We rented mainly smaller items like a pretty gold mirror, side table, table numbers, frames, teacups, and quite a few easels. Pam truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we needed. The whole process was easy and it saved us quite a bit of money to rent rather than buy everything. I highly recommend Swoon Vintage Rentals!

We used swoon for our September 2021 wedding and were so happy with the results! we rented rugs, a sofa, and multiple chairs. Pam was so easy to work with and quickly responded to any email I sent! Their delivery and pickup service made life so much easier!

We had an amazing experience working with Swoon! I have personally had the honor to work with Pam on a professional level so when it came time for me to plan details for my wedding, I felt so special being able to become one of her clients! The authentic care and time she provides her clients is unparalleled. I had a few changes to my order and she handled them with grace and a smile making it seem like it was no trouble at all. We were able to rent antique colored glassware, vintage rugs, vintage gold chairs for our sweetheart table and some vintage furniture and end tables to create a lounge setting. All of these pieces added such a unique element to our wedding day to help make it look and feel like “us.” We are so grateful for your kindness and help, Pam! We hope to be able to work with you again on a personal level with future parties and celebrations!

I'm convinced Swoon is the best rental company in the area. Their inventory is expansive but even better is their customer service. I worked closely with Pam who was nothing short of amazing. We were having difficulty determining if an item would work the way I was imagining. She went out of her way to make mock ups and sent me pictures for visual purposes. She did this several times. Because of this everything turned out just how I envisioned it on our wedding day. Thanks Pam!

Pam from Swoon was great to work with! We rented a couch, 2 chairs, a rug, a trunk (coffee table) and a carpet to furnish a little lounge area at our venue. We didn't quite meet the price point we needed to qualify for delivery, but Pam was really flexible about when we could pick up and drop off the furniture. She was also prompt to reply to my emails, friendly and professional. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable (my four year old niece can attest since she fell asleep on the couch about halfway through the ceremony!). The price point here was also very agreeable, much more so than other furniture rental places we looked at. I would definitely recommend Swoon Vintage Rentals for your big day, specifically if you're more of a DIY bride like myself!

We rented the most perfect vintage goblets for our wedding from Swoon. Most companies don't have enough for a large wedding, but they were able to accommodate 200 water goblets, some even being green to match our theme. Pam was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions so quickly. We are out of her typical area, but allowed us to pick them up and drop off for our event. We couldn't be more happy choosing them to rent from!

We rented a bunch of furniture from Swoon and it was so much fun working with Pam. my mom and i went out to there warehouse and looked around at some pretty amazing stuff. I had an idea of what i wanted to rent and i got in contact with Pam and she pulled aside what i had suggested so that when we arrived we could see everything. plus we walked around and got more great ideas. Pam was so easy, fun, pleasant and professional to work with. Swoon delivered, set up and picked up everything the day of our wedding. and i have to say that it all LOOKED AMAZING and turned out PERFECT. I would highly recommend Swoon Vintage Rentals to anyone who is looking to add a little something to their wedding day (or any fun event really)

I rented a couple of pieces from Swoon to decorate my outdoor wedding ceremony, and cocktail. I had so much fun working with Pam to pick out pieces from her huge collection of lovely vintage items. Pam was great in working with me on everything, and offering lovely ideas when I explained the theme for my wedding! Thanks Pam and God bless

Swoon had some very beautiful vintage items that I just had to rent for our wedding to complete our vision! Pam and Rachel were very kind and helpful, however the process of actually coordinating everything was a bit confusing and did leave something to be desired. It appeared as if you could "add" rental items to your cart from their website and check-out through the website but unfortunately it was more of a back-and forth process through emails, of us adding and removing items to rent, checking on availability and constantly re-calculating our total invoice. Although their rental items were reasonably priced, make sure you're prepared to pay for delivery & pick-up fees. I think they will also allow you to pay an additional fee for setting-up some items but we opted not to - fortunately, our day of coordinator was able to set up the items where we wanted, but Swoon was only willing to drop off the rental items at our venue for the services we paid them for. Additionally, they required our day of coordinator to gather their rental items in a central location for them to pick-up at the end of the night. Overall, we were pleased with the vintage decor Swoon provided and the pieces we rented but just want future couples to be aware they operate mainly as a rental company and do not provide any set-up (except for maybe an additional charge) and they do charge additional for delivery and require a (refundable) security deposit should anything be damaged during your event.
