I know that Mexican food is not your typical wedding meal, however...hubby and I both LOVE it. We knew we wanted a meal that people would talk about..in a good way, so we decided to use our favorite local Mexican restaurant. Jose helped us to p...ick a menu that met our dietary needs along with the budget. He also offered to deliver it on his day off (that's how great their customer service is). We served it buffet style, and had people going back for 4-5 plates. People raved about the food all day long.
