Taylor Films

(I originally posted this review on Google) Jason was recommended to me by my photographer. We were lucky to have him as our videographer for our wedding in October 2019 at Humphreys Half Moon Inn. Long story short: He was great to work and I have already highly recommended him to other friends getting married soon. We communicated with Jason primarily through email and occasionally on the phone as we were living in Philly. He consistently emailed back quickly and his past uploads were easy to view. We decided go to with Jason because we clicked right away, his eye for details/moments, video quality, and how he said the footage would be shared. On our wedding day, I really only saw him and his team at the beginning of the day when I was getting ready and after the ceremony when we were taking family/bridal party/couple photos. I barely saw them during the ceremony and during the reception! After the wedding, he updated us regularly on the progress of our items (social media trailer, highlight montage, full length video). All items were shared in our discussed time frame! For our highlight montage, Jason provided us with 2 websites for licensable music. It did take us some time, but we were able to find a song we both liked. For our full length video, the hard drive was quickly mailed to us and it was easy to view all of the contents. My husband and I were on the fence about hiring a videographer in general. It's been about 3 months since our wedding and I have no regrets. And yes, it was worth the price! Looking back, I'm glad we decided on getting a videographer and I feel lucky that we were able to have Jason and his team!

Working with Jason the day of our wedding was effortless and fun. He has such a great personality and really helped my husband and I feel comfortable during shooting. It can be awkward knowing someone is filming you! It has also been such a treat having someone that responds quickly and that can work as a team with the photography crew. I can't say enough how great it was having him document our day! You won't regret picking him.

Highly recommended! Taylor Films represents high quality consistency, talent, professional expertise, and excellent customer service when it comes to video. Taylor Films is a preferred vendor at our venue, Grand Tradition Estate. I met Jason Taylor at their Bridal Faire. Jason is very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with your budget to have a video package that works for you. My fiance and I were first on the fence about adding video to our budget. However, we decided to do it for the sentimental value. After considering the fact that we always look back on our “One a Day” videos (it’s an iPhone application) and the fact that we lost my grandmother before we could plan the wedding, we realized we wanted to capture our wedding day and the people who came in motion. Photos provide beautiful snapshots to tell the story of your wedding but video can capture how people interact, sound, and all the nuances that create the emotion in the moment. There are so many details happening and people that pull your attention on your wedding day that being able to relive it and see in a different perspective is valuable. In price shopping and researching other videographers, Taylor Films ended up as my gold standard that I compared all other videographers to. Honestly, I feel like they are the best. Day of, Jason and his assistant were very professional, personable, and worked seamlessly with our photographer from True Photography in setting up shots without getting in the view of our guests. They were like ninjas! An awesome benefit is that Taylor Films not only offers a hard copy of all your video but also an “online theater” where anyone with your personal link can view your videos. All the videos are organized like a DVD where there are “chapters.” PERFECT for sharing! Our family and friends loved it.

Jason and his team are absolutely amazing. From our first discussion prior to booking Taylor Films, I already knew we would be in good hands. Jason made us feel at ease. My husband and I don’t really like the spotlight and get shy in front of cameras, however, we did not even notice Jason and his crew during the wedding. They basically blended in with our guests. What even amazes me, the shots that were captured on our big day were incredible. There were moments that takes me back to how our special day unfolded. Moments I didn’t even realize or even remember happening. Jason was recording me getting ready in my bridal suite. Things got a bit hectic since makeup/hair took longer than expected for all of my girls which pushed back my time, so we were cutting it really close. The moment I looked in the mirror after my makeup artist had already left since I was still getting my hair fixed, I had a meltdown. The makeup didn’t look the way it was applied during my trial – being that she forgot the makeup pallets she used during my trial. Jason was around to reassure me my makeup looked great. He helped calm me down and even brought me a large mirror to take a look at my makeup in natural lighting outside on the balcony. I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people to capture memories of our special day. Watching our video for the first time brought tears to our eyes. They definitely captured all of the tiny details, heart wrenching moments I was hoping for. If you are looking for a videographer/cinematographer, you will not be disappointed with Taylor Films. They made our big day truly something special that we will hold close to our hearts.

Jason and his team are THE BEST! I saw his work from our venue's website and was instantly impressed. My husband and I weren't originally planning on getting a videographer, but our budget so happened to allow us last minute. Jason worked closely and patiently with my mother to help coordinate capturing our special day. The day of, his team were very friendly and helpful and even had a drone to take aerial shots of our beautiful venue at Bandy Canyon. After the wedding, communication with Jason was a breeze and he was very responsive and helpful. The final product is AMAZING, and everyone who has seen it says it's the best wedding video they have seen (and we agree!). We got online access, DVDs, and a raw footage of our wedding. If you're in the market to have your wedding captured in spectacular fashion, please consider Taylor Films, you won't regret it!

Although I haven't seen the final product yet, I can tell you that working with Jason was wonderful. From the beginning and through the wedding, he was great. He showed us a couple clips day of and from what I saw then, it's going to be amazing!

We first met Jason Taylor in July 2011 in hopes to book him for our February 2012 wedding as our cinematographer. After seeing his work we new we needed to book him as soon as possible. We decided that we wanted to go with all the wedding video options he had to offer. Jason created a beautiful raw footage video, highlights video and a dance montage for us. On the day of the wedding, he and his crew showed up early. He encouraged me to just be calm and natural and that pretty soon I wouldn't even notice he had a camera filming my every word and action as me and my bridesmaids got ready. Throughout the rest of our wedding day, we barely even noticed him filming and yet he was able to capture every personal romantic detail we hoped he would and everything else that day that we we didn't know happened. The first time we watched the videos, I was crying, speechless within the first 4 seconds of the intro! Words can't even begin to describe how perfect the videos are & how much we love them! It captures our love for each other & our personalities. He truly is a master of his craft & we can't even begin to thank him enough for capturing our special day in such a way that we'll cherish forever! The video immediately transported us back to the wedding and all the feelings & emotions that we felt that day. The day we received our copies( only 9 short weeks after our wedding!) , we watched them 4 times in a row! His work isn't just a video of our wedding, it is a movie that we want to make popcorn for an eat as we watch the movie! Jason Taylor loves what he does and it shows not only in his work but when he meets with potential clients. His attention to detail, his calm and caring demeanor and his a professionalism will put any bride at ease. We are Forever Grateful Brian & Felicia

Amazing work!....

I loved working with the videographer. He was extremely unobtrusive and fun to work with. I haven't seen the video yet, but it should be coming within the next week or two.

Jason was amazing to work with and he made us feel so special on our big day. He was patient and had some great ideas to get the best shot.

He created an amazing product. Did everything we asked and more.
